Since the beginning i have continued facing issues intermittently, very recent this machine has stopped working and still unable to fix it

This unit did an amazing job cleaning our hard wood floors for about a month. The plastic pieces where the clean water refills into the vacuum broke inside the base station, which causes it leak water all iver our expensive floors We would gladly keep it if it was higher quality construction.

Truly a robot vacuum you can set and forget on a schedule. The object avoidance on this robot is insane. It has yet to get stuck in my house after over a month of daily use. You do have to keep up on maintenance, so keep that in mind.

Great product! It is very efficient in cleaning the floor and with carpets. However, I would love to co troll the amount of cleaning solution.

So far so good. Had this product since November last year and it's been doing its job keeping the house clean.

I purchased and returned a few months ago. I thought the mopping was excellent but vacuuming was poor. It didn't do well on edges maybe it was the small brushes. Support was not helpful.

Awesome machine, i would recommend if you have hard floors, and it does very good with dog fur. very self efficient also

BEST ROBOT VACUUM EASY SETUP AND CLEAN FLOORS NOT GETTING STUCK SO FAR HAPPY.

Great roller mop robo vac and mop bit requires far too much user intervention/up keep especially for this price point.

This unit setup relatively easily, but the mopping system gave an error after only 6 days. There is also a bit of a burning plastic smell when the robot empties the dust bin into the bag. I had to contact Eufy who wanted a bunch of information and then to send me parts to replace. While it worked the mop worked great, but for a $1,500 flagship unit I would expect much better reliability. I decided to return the unit rather than have to repair a brand new unit.

If you need something to get the bulk of the stuff vacuumed for THIS price then go for it. I find it doesn’t clean as well as it should and it doesn’t get into any corners so. Regretful purchase.

I enjoy using vacuums and try to clean a few times a week. In order to help me with that task, I have been investing in different robotic vacuums throughout the years. My Eufy S1 Pro was recently delivered and I was pretty excited to give it a try and put this vacuum through its paces. I must say the S1 Pro Robot Vacuum did not disappoint me! Not only it vacuums well and it also has a new redesigned mop which does an amazing job getting rid of any type of stains. First of all let me mention a few things about its design: I really like how the new vacuum looks, frankly having this form and shape of the vacuum makes cleaning easier and with two brushes on each side, it picks up everything on its way. I have owned a few round shape vacuums and having this one is like a totally different level. The charging station with all its bells and whistles is also pretty cool and advanced. It is pretty tall (about 27 inches) and houses your water and a nice LCD display with proper buttons so if you don't want to use your phone to start cleaning or mopping you are welcome to use the control panel. As I mentioned before the vacuum itself has 2 heavy duty wheels, and two spinning brushes on both sides to pick up all your dust bunnies and any debris on its way. I like its rubber roller brush for picking up dust and debris into the vacuums, it is pretty easy to clean. When you get it all setup on your phone using the app, you will be prompted to map out your house and this vac does it quickly and efficiently with the help of the LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging — is a remote sensing method used to examine the surface or area). You can simply review the rooms, rename it, and do so much more too - from combining rooms to setting up No Go zones. Frankly, I was pretty overwhelmed and pleasantly surprised by how many options and features can be setup and configured in the app. It took me a few tries to get accustomed with all the features. Now the most important part - is whether it cleans and picks up well. I must say yes, it does! In my case and in my house, it has performed very well. I did not have to use my stick vac to pick up stuff after the robot vacuum did its job. Mopping was pretty impressive thanks to the new mopping roller, that thing can really clean the floors and even stubborn coffee stains that I left on the slate floor on purpose. The mop gets cleaned and washed for you as well, which is just a huge bonus. I am very satisfied with this robotic vac from Eufy and if it is in your budget, I would recommend looking into this specific model, checking out all the online video reviews.

Unreliable, stopped working within first 3 months. Horrible time trying to get offshore support to replace it. They wanted me to ship the whole thing back. They sent a replacement and it never worked.

I've really been enjoying this Eufy S1 Pro because it has been efficient and effective in cleaning my home. I have hardwood floors and tile, and the S1 Pro has been able to successfully maneuver around any obstacles with ease and little intervention from me, which has been really convenient. The home base is a little bit big but slim enough to fit in small spaces, so it will likely not take up much room wherever you store it. The set up for this vacuum is easy and took me less than 20 minutes to fully put together. However, sometimes figuring out whether it is charging or not can be confusing for me as it's not clear as to where you have to set it so it charges on the home base. I like the fact that this device comes with the floor cleaner included, however one con is that you cannot use a different floor cleaner than the one Eufy provides/sells. I really wish you could use a different floor cleaner as there are others that I prefer better, but the Eufy brand floor cleaner does an efficient job at keeping floors clean when mopping. I like the fact that it actually mops in a way that is effective and really gets tile floors clean. Overall, it is a good robot vacuum/mop duo and I thoroughly enjoy it.

Just got the item and after using it 2 times i got error EB14 saying water filter is blocked/ dirty. This is the issue you take it apart but the device is jow just sitting until you clean the filter and let it air dry, then you put it back on and i still get the error message. This is such a horrible experience im disappointed and upset
