My new favorite keyboard!

Fnatic’s new miniStreak Keyboard is for those who prefer something compact or don’t need a number pad.
The miniSTREAK keyboard is 28mm at the thinnest point and weighing only 704g. It has rubber feet keeping the keyboard from moving during gameplay.
The keyboard looks cool with a black metal anodized metal top plate with a FNATIC Logo in the top left and a removable backlit Magnetic FNATIC plate in the front with configurable RGB backlighting of the keys and logo. If you are creative you could make a customized magnetic front plate. There’s a small backlit Fnatic logo on the space bar.
The Keyboard uses CHERRY® MX Switches these are know to be reliable beyond 50 million keystrokes per switch. Each switch has self cleaning contacts, resistant to dust, and fiberglass reinforced. You can pick a Red, Red Silent, Blue, Brown depending on your preference. My keyboard came with the Brown keys, this is the best all around key for gaming and typing.
There are dedicated mute keys for both mic and audio. A competition key turns off all the unnecessary features during gaming. The mute keys are in the upper right hand corner recessed to prevent accidental activation as is the function key in the upper left.
The Wrist rest is an innovative design, it is light and very adjustable. The base is detachable from the keyboard and the pad has 3 adjustable levels to fit any hand. The pad has a textured PU leather top and is attached to the metal base with neodymium magnets, it does not budge once set up.
The Fnatic Op Software is early access, it controls the options of the keyboard allowing you to set up the RGB lighting, Key bindings and Profiles. The same software controls their Mouse options. I did not notice any bugs with the latest version. You can download it at WWW.FNATIC.COM/OP
I found the Keyboard very responsive and great for gameplay. The Cherry MX brown keys have a great feel and action. This is my new favorite keyboard.

I am a competitive gamer and have tried numerous keyboards, both cheap and expensive. I consider this keyboard midprice. I love the way this one looks, sounds and feels. The size is fun, doesn't take up a lot of room on my desk and is ready to use on my lap. So far I have zero complaints. I have not had it long so I am not sure about durability but so far so good! It seems sturdy and I am happy with this purchase.

Overall I give this keyboard a very high review. This is a great starter mechanical keyboard for those looking to get themselves into the mechanical realm of switches and gaming. The board is very solid, no flex, and has the Cherry MX Brown switches. It will no doubt hold up for many years. The keys have a very tactile feel to them without the clicky noise from some of the other switches. This is good for those not wanting to make too much noise as they game away late at night. It is very compact for a board this size. The fact that it comes with a USB Type C connection means that they were thinking ahead. Some companies still used hard wired or even micro usb. The wrist rest that comes with it is not bad, very adjustable. I could do with or without it. The colors that are back lighting the keys are solid enough and comes with enough customization to entertain most gamers.

Love this keyboard, you can never go wrong with mx cherry switches. I did change the key-caps to the Hyper X pudding key-caps, not because the original key-caps felt bad, but because i like the overall look better.

Fnatic - Mini Streak Professional Esports Wired Gaming Mechanical Cherry MX Brown Switch Keyboard (RGB)
Setup/Testing/Conclusion
So I’ll be completely honest. I knew Fnatic as more of an esports team rather than a hardware manufacturer. But let me just say this, Fnatic has made an incredibly thin TKL RBG mechanical keyboard that could possibly be the thinnest in the world.
Lets go ahead and dive right in ladies and gentlemen. The Fnatic Mini Streak is constructed of aluminum. Fnatic has done an excellent job putting their effort and time in designing this keyboard. The Mini Streak is available with red, silent red, blue and cherry brown MX switches. So it ultimately depends on how your “feel” is when you’re gaming with a mechanical keyboard like the Streak. I personally enjoy the cherry brown MX switches, it’s a good halfway point between red and blue switches. Cherry brown MX switches give you slight tactile feedback and does not feel “clicky” while the red gives you no tactile feedback; again it ultimately depends on your preference. Along with that, Cherry brown MX switches for me have an extra little bump when they are push down. In my opinion, it provides a bit more resistance than the smooth feel of red and blue switches. The Mini Streak comes with a detachable faux leather wrist support which makes typing/gaming long sessions extremely comfortable. The detachable faux leather wrist support can also be extended to fit your needs of comfort (huge plus here ladies and gentlemen).
The Fnatic Mini Streak doesn’t support USB passthrough or have a volume rocker wheel as it’s bigger brother does. It’s expected though since the Mini Streak is a TKL (10 Keyless) keyboard. You sacrifice some things so that you have more space on your desk (great for us low sensitivity players that continuously smack our mouse on the side of a full sized keyboard). What the Mini Streak does offer though is that it comes with a detachable USB cable. The cable is USB to USB Type C. So what that means is that it makes it a lot easier to replace than the integrated cable the regular streak has. One thing I do really enjoy on the Fnatic Mini Streak is their “Competition Key” (the regular Streak has this too). What it does is it changes the Streak’s lighting to Fnatics good ol trademark orange, disables the keyboard macro recording and lighting modes, and it also disables the Windows Key so that you don’t accidentally tap it when you’re trying to hit CTRL for crouch.
Overall I really think Fnatic made an excellent gaming mechanical keyboard here. The Mini Streak has left a strong impression on me and I personally feel like between my other 2 Corsair full size mechanical keyboards and the Fnatic Mini Streak; the Mini Streak will be my daily. The reason why is that extremely comfortable, fully adjustable; faux leather wrist support. I would highly recommend the Fnatic Mini Streak to my friends, family, and coworkers. My friend/co-worker that games even said the Mini Streak looks beautiful. What are you guys and girls waiting for? Go and pick one up today! You won’t be disappointed.

Finally - a TKL RGB Brown Keyboard

I'm a huge fan of this keyboard. I've wanted a Cherry MX Brown TKL ever since I made the decision to get a full size when I purchased my first mechanical back in '12. They're surprisingly rare in retail form. Sure you can buy from a boutique place, but so many are riddled with middling quality. The ones that aren't are expensive. The Fnatic (I hadn't even heard of this brand until I came across it on Best Buy's site) Streak Mini is a great value. I purchased an open box for a good ($72) discount and I'm extremely pleased with the results.
The standout features for me:
* USB-C detachable cable (woot for a modern cable on a keyboard!)
* RGB w/ per key lighting w/ great lighting effects - the Fnatic OP software is early access and only hits the fundamentals, but that's enough for me. Software isn't obtrusive or in your face.
* F-lock hardware key (more likely to use volume/macro keys than F-keys when gaming)
* Metal top plate - but plastic bottom: makes this guy super light weight but solid. You could easily throw this in a bag and go.
* Gaming mode swaps to a different lighting profile and allows you to customize multiple keys (poor mans layer)
* Decent keycaps, even if they're ABS - they feel good and the font is not 'gamery' (save the space bar, but even then it's not obnoxious)
* TKL + Cherry MX Brown! Plus this is a small footprint TKL.
* The integrated wrist rest is a huge plus: comfortable, adjustable, and attached. Hard to ask for more.
I put a set of 70A o-rings on and I'm in keyboard heaven! Not only does this quiet the keyboard down, but makes it super comfortable to type on. The keys aren't too loud to start w/ and with o-rings the most noise I get is some pinging on the bottom row around the arrow key side if I hit 'em hard.
The biggest complaints I have are the F-lock, mute and gaming mode buttons are flat small buttons that are towered over by the cherry mx switches. You'll have a hard time finding these unless you hover over your keyboard. I don't know if it'd be possible, but a shorter cherry switch for these would be a better way to solve for this without affecting touch typers too much (although I'm no keyboard engineer).
Another thing is if you want to put alternative key-caps on, the top row and space bar switches are oriented upside-down. This means that the back-light is on the bottom side (which works great w/ the OOTB key-caps - as they put the f-number on the front of the key, and the function on the lower area of the legend - keeping both labels quite visible without crowding) which may throw a wrench in your custom key-cap plans as you'll loose the majority of the back-light on a standard top row key. The rest of the switches put the back-light on the top in a more standard approach. I didn't disassemble the keyboard to see if it was easy to re-orient, but given the price point I doubt it. RGB back-lighting is awesome, but like many RGB keyboards - you won't get a true white color if that's your desire.
If you're in the market for a minimalist Cherry MX Brown back-lit TKL that isn't obnoxiously styled, look no further. Chance are this will be the perfect keyboard for you, and if you catch it on sale: good amount less than competitors. It combined a great switch (subjective, but I've always been pleased with browns for typing, gaming, programming), great back-lighting, great layout and sublime styling into an affordable package! Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this keyboard. The keystrokes are very accurate and considerably quiet. The OP software works very well with this keyboard. You can setup maco's, change RGB lighting, even on individual keys, and disabling key you may accidentally hit, etc. You can setup to 4 profiles, and they can easily be accessed via the keyboard itself. I play a lot of COD WW2, and this keyboard has been a pleasure to use. I have a small desk, so it fits well, and gives me more room for my mouse.

Lightweight Cherry MX Mechanical Keyboard

First off, the ministreak is not a fullsize keyboard so no numpad to the right of the keyboard. It has RGB lighting that comes alive with the Fnatic app offering many customizations and lighting effects, it has a detachable cable, offers a LED name plate and comes with a customizable attachable/removable palmrest. Inside the box is the keyboard, Fnatic stickers, usb cable, a quick guide booklet and the palmrest.
The keyboard itself has a standard keyboard layout with addition of a fn lock button ( placed between the ESC and 1 keys) and three buttons namely microphone mute, a competition mode and speaker mute found at the top right of the keyboard all of which are lit whenever pressed. Once you flip the keyboard over you see the grooved out layer for the removable usb-c to usb-a cable used to power the keyboard, along with two moveable feet folded into the back that can be flipped out to hoist the keyboard.
The keyboard is good to go right out of the box, no software needed and it works instantly as it is plugged in. There great travel distance when typing yet the keys are very responsive and make the overall experience feel very smooth and snappy. The included adjustable palm rest is a definite win and it is one of the most comfortable I have ever user. It made both long gaming and typing sessions much more comfortable and less straining on the hand.

This is a really great gaming little keyboard. I had a larger which included a number keypad and extra buttons I never used. This keyboard feels easy on the fingers and has many settings. The design is compact and convenient USB3 wire connector. Very responsive just like other keyboards I’ve used. The only thing I miss from old keyboard is the mic and headphones outputs for which I wish I could take half a star but no such option.
Lighting settings are cool to see at night.

I was looking for a TKL mechanical keyboard for my new setup. TKL is ten keyless keyboards so you can have more room on your desk setup. I looked at many of them and came across this one.
Good price not too expensive. Mechanical Switches
Adjustable Wrist Wrest
RGB Lighting
On top of that you don't really need the software to change the RGB lighting you can do it at the touch of a keystroke.

Needed a small gaming keyboard that could hold up to the production needs of content creation. This keyboard delivers on both levels. Pleasant MX browns that don't drive the office mates crazy. Easy one-handed Volume Control access with Fn key. Nice wrist-rest for tenkeyless option. And the lighting is top-notch.

Overall I like the keyboard, it feels and sounds good to type on, and the Windows software is easy to use for configuration.
I like how the wrist rest is designed and can be adjusted, overall it is quite comfortable.
All of that said however I don't think I'd purchase this again simply because I find the inversion of the key legends confusing (on those few occasions I need to look down at it). I'm told the way it is lighted requires them to put the shifted legends below the unshifted, regardless I find it disturbing.

This is my first TKL board, and I was excited to try it out, especially since it has Cherry MX switches. I went with browns because I missed my blues but really did not need the extra ‘click click’ that comes with blues. This keyboard does a number of things right, so I can go over them here.
First: The Build. The keyboard feels premium, and nice to use. It has an aluminum top, and a plastic bottom, but not a cheap plastic, a nice, high quality plastic. The key caps that come on the board feel pretty great too.
Second: The Connectivity. The keyboard uses USB-C, meaning I can easily connect to any modern mobile device I have. In fact, I’m typing this off of my iPad Pro.
Third: The software. The only place I have complaints, but not many. There’s a lot of customizability here, especially with the tournament mode, and the programmable macros. The only issue with the software is that I cannot layer my lighting effects. I like to have a solid backlight, with a responsive effect when typing. Can’t do it :/
In the end I absolutely recommend this product, its a great keyboard and feels awesome to type on and use.

While very light (further lending to its "gaming board" identity being easily transportable) it doesn't flop around on your desk as you type. The stabilizers for the space bar and other larger keys are very well implemented produce no discernable rattling for me. I do wish that this board were available with a wider variety of switches, I know that can be difficult to achieve for companies what with licensing and all that.... but I'd like to try the silent reds some time as linears are my favorite. Tactiles are a close second and this board serves as a good housing for the Cherry MX Browns. They feel just a bit snappier with this Fnatic board compared to other some other boards with cherry browns. Very nice and minimal design with good rgb. Over all i think this is a solid keyboard for the price. A little extra heft to it may help the overall feel.

Fantastic Tenkeyless Keyboard

The Fnatic Streak Mini is a fantastic tenkeyless keyboard, especially at $100.
This keyboard features cherry switches, Best Buy at the moment offers Red and Brown. Cherry switches are high quality and these feel and sound like they should. If you have no idea about them, pick Red for heavy gaming or Brown for more mixed use.
Board itself is pretty light but still feels very solid with 0 flex. Keycaps are a bit cheap (thin ABS) and will shine with time but they will feel ok for most people. Little wobble on some keys but not too bad. Stabilizer bar keys feel and sound fine too. Standard layout! So will be no issues replacing keycaps! If you haven't noticed, a lot of the mainstream mechanical keyboard brands do not use the standard layout. Something to keep in mind when keyboard shopping!
rgb works well, I've noticed a little bit of minor inconsistency in the shading and brightness on a few keys but nothing major. Also on keys with two rows of icons... like "caps lock" or the number row (1,!) the second row isn't lit up, this can probably be fixed with better keycaps. They can still be seen in the dark however.
Software is a bit buggy and limited but very easy to use for making color profiles and macros. Can use just the keyboard as well. Profiles can be switched on the keyboard itself too. They note the software as "beta" so it may improve with time.
Cable is detachable and USB-C! This should help it hold up better. It has a routing channel to help prevent accidental unplugging and the cord comes out towards the left top side. Cable is not braided but feels quality, extra reinforcement on the USB side to prevent cable damage as well. Nothing super special about the port design either so replacing the cable down the line shouldn't be an issue.
Keyboard has good grip on the bottom and the feet are position sideways so they won't collapse down during gaming. The bottom does feel a bit cheap overall because it's plastic but I think it'll hold up fine and it makes the keyboard much lighter.
Last few notes is it has a 2 year warranty out of the box. An if you haven't heard of Fnatic, they are an eSports team. They actually use this hardware in competitions with sometimes millions in prize money on the line. They clearly have confidence in this product and its legit real world battle-tested.
My time with the keyboard has been fantastic. I type a lot and it's been great for that and gaming. Very happy with this product.

First time trying out a tenkeyless (tkl) keyboard and I'm loving the extra room its giving me over my full sized. Also first time trying out the MX cherry browns and I'm a fan!! Previously owned a razer ornato chroma which I thought was awesome as it was my first "gaming" keyboard. Then upgraded to a Corsair K70 mk.2 with MX cherry reds. And now this keyboard. The corsair was/is nice but with my current desk setup I needed something a little smaller and the Fnatic ministreak does the job. Build quality seems pretty good so far and everything seems to work as it should. Also switching from MX Reds to MX browns definetly worked out better for me as I REALLY like the feel of the browns over the reds.

So I’ve had this keyboard for about a month, and it’s amazing. It feels similar to my Ducky in terms of quality, and it has everything I could want from a TKL. All of the lighting options are nuts. The switches feel great, it’s easy to clean, it has a comp mode which disables the Windows Key and turns off any macros or hotkeys that you may have had so you can’t get in trouble for competitive play. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a”cheaper” option for TKL mechanical keyboards because there’s nothing cheap about it. They went all the way and made it affordable.

Switches feel great, shape and size are perfect. No pinging when hitting the space or keys, bottoming out. I did switch the keycaps with the Double shot pbt hyper x puddings though, due to abs keycaps not being as resistant to oils or paint fading. Software could be better as well, lighting is pretty decent too!
