Replaced my 25+ year old GE oven which was still working great but just had very small burners all of the same size and no convenction in the oven. This range checked all those boxes for me and I like the full grated top with the middle burner so you can slide pans anywhere on the surface easily. The SIZE LxWxH was crucial for me since my space is very customized and the measurement listed were accurate so it fits perfectly. My only nit pick so far is that to change the oven from bake to convection bake (or another setting you have to hit "Off" first, then select the other setting and reset the temperature again from scratch. I would prefer you just be able to hit the other setting button and it switches and keeps the temperature is was already set to? Anyway not crucial. So far loving this new addition to my kitchen.

I love this gas range an oven. It looks very neat and modern. The flames in the stove have a very wide range since very high t a very slow simmering. Easy to clean. The oven bake evenly. I like that the security stove knobs that doesn’t move while cleaning and the timer turn off the oven when done.

Love love, love, my new Frigidaire slide in range. So much more modern and contemporary looking that the ranges with the backsplash. Have not used the convection baking or cooking yet but with the holidays coming I will be utilizing it often. Could not ask for a more beautiful range and what's even better it has the same measurements as my old range which enabled me to fit it into the same space. And what a great buy which is why all my major appliances are purchased at Best Buy for over 30 years. I waited so long for this range to come on the floor at the Best Buy store in Springfield, PA to see in purchase and the wait was worth it. Also went on the Frigidaire website and purchased the trim accessories as well as the griddle which I love. So far in my area Best Buy is the only store that actually has this range on display. Thanks Best Buy for another great purchase.

So far after a little over a month of use, it's been wonderful! Everything is working great, from the stove top to the oven. Easy to use, quality of built and looks for the price is very reasonable, pet approved!

I love the oven, I put 4 stars because the top broil inside the oven is electric. Otherwise it’s an amazing oven and looks very modern.I also love the stove part, it’s elevated and just adds to the look. Definitely recommend!!

Needed a range as soon as possible and this gem was not only what I was looking for but also on sale! I’ve only had this range for a couple of weeks and still learning the ins and outs, but so far so good - love it! It’s very attractive, easy to use and a good price! So much easier to clean than my last range. Wanted a free standing without the high back so this is exactly what I was looking for. Sides are nicely finished. Fits in nicely to the remodel plan.

Overall product has been working very well, for the price point It is an excellent product.

Beautiful, easy to clean. Quick response when gas is turned on and off. Even temperature in oven. Not one complaint.

This range has been an excellent addition to my kitchen the oven preheats quickly! The quick boil on the stove also has a pot boiling water in under 5 mins. Very happy!

Best looking gas stove for a great price; it sits a the top of the line with the other high end costing gas stoves.

Great looking range with 5 burners (no grill pan accessory). The oven reaches temperature quickly. My 4 star is due to the electric broiler (didn’t expect in a gas range), which does not get hot enough. I purchased a trim kit from Frigidaire to give a complete slide-in look. An actual slide-in was too long for my space, so this was perfect.

I purchase ALL my appliances from best buy. My purchases have always been delivered on time and i feel like i am getting great quality and value from Best Buy!

Great new stove top that is well made and sturdy. I hope we don’t beat up the gas spreader as we did in are old gas stove top. The oven retains heat and doesn’t heat the room. I’ve enjoyed Al’s o what I call the tortilla warmer in the center of which I can use my le cruiser flat grill. It fits nicely.

Ordered an Open box (Excellent condition) item and I see huge dent on the side. Here is what Best buy policy says "Excellent. Products in Excellent condition look brand new — with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs — and include all original parts and accessories (or a suitable replacement). The product will be in its original box (or a suitable replacement). Products in Excellent condition can be found in Best Buy stores and online." I did speak to their customer service and they say that I can return the item. Why do I need to waste my time packing everything and carrying it all the way to return the item? This is ridiculous, they should at least replace the item (deliver and pickup the old one) with another one of the same condition as described. I will never trust best buy for open box items in future.

In sum: Do not buy. Where to begin: First, I really wanted to like this stove. It was replacing a higher end Samsung whose mother board went out on us. Between the cost of the mother board and the cost of repairs, it made more sense to replace the stove. Enter Frigidaire with it's high-quality looking burners (compared to other models at this price point). From Day 1 I noticed that the knobs were very cheaply made. However, it had all the features I wanted - until they stopped working. The Broil element went out on me in month 2. I am now on Stove #2 (thanks to the protection plan) and the Broil element is AGAIN no longer working. It will not go above 150 degrees. When I try to bake at 500 degrees to get a similar result, the stove goes crazy - on overdrive - making loud airplane like noises as it tries to regulate the fan (perhaps?) that keeps the stove from overheating. This is just the half of it. When I use the oven on high heat, it blows out so much air on the back side of the stove that it affects the burners. To clarify, there is SO much air being blown out that it literally blows my burners out or makes the flames go sideways so that regardless of how high I set the stove burner, the pot of water can't even reach a slow rolling boil. In sum, if I want to use the oven, I better not try to cook on the stovetop at the same time. Welp! Who in the world can cook this way? If I could give this stove 0 stars I would. I am SO disappointed as I really and truly wanted to like this stove.
