Review is based on past purchases of similar appliance from Frigidaire. A review 45 days after installation is useless. Yes, it works, installs easy, my former identical frigidaire microwave lasted around 17 years... I believe I got my money’s worth, thats why I chose Frigidaire again... from past performance. Just hope their manurfacturing processes are still as great as in the past. All my Appliances have always been Frigidaire.

This has all the features that I want - plus a few that I didn't expect. #1 most important feature is the one-touch feature for buttons #1 thru #6.(that is: press once, wait one second, and the microwave turns on and runs that many seconds.) I was shocked to learn that NOT EVERY microwave has this feature. My previous one did not ... but it turned out OK because I returned it. #2 most important feature: you can press the "Add 30 seconds" button any time and it adds 30 seconds to the run time. This is a common feature; I use it a lot. #3 feature is: the turn table turns an integer number of revolutions in 30 seconds. How hard is this for the Designers of other machines to build in? But my previous microwave - when you put a cup of coffee in for 30 seconds (to warm it up), the cup ends up at the far back of the box. How lame is that? #4: The Power Level is EXTREMELY easy to learn. You don't have to "program" anything - Just press the "Power Level" button and the power level is displayed in % (e.g. 100%) Every time you press it, it drops by 10%; down to 0%; then back to 100% again. So easy! I love this microwave. Nice stainless on the front, too.

The operation is complex but the operation of the oven is above average.

No complaint with this microwave. Works well, no issues and looks fancy. Lots of preset features still need to test out.

My 18 year old Frigidaire microwave died. Replaced it with a new Frigidiaire, installed by BestBuy people.. VERY HAPPY

It's a decent microwave and it works fine. Like many others have noted in reviewing this appliance, the inside light is a bit dimmer than our previous microwave, but that's a small problem.

I researched a microwave with the same dimensions as my previous one and it fits perfect.

This has to be one of tbt most annoying microwaves I’ve ever dealt with. If it wasn’t so expensive I’d replace the piece of junk. Who wants to hear an annoying beep every 10 seconds when your food is done. One beep is sufficient!! Do they think this is a positive option for their microwave. Think again and do not buy this thing. You’ll regret it!!!!

Not much choice for a built in unit. Functions well. Being black makes it hard to see the key pad. Wish it was available in stainless steel.

The door on our microwave does not fit properly. It will sometimes not open and /or close properly. I was informed by the installer that it could be exchanged and a new one installed with no charge to me. When I emailed the salesperson, Kristy, of this, she emailed me that I could call the service dept or Frigidaire . The other option was to order another that we would be charged for and credit given when the defective microwave is returned. I have since emailed her that Im unwilling to pay another installation or restoking fee. I have not heard back.

Good microwave for the price. It fit in the location I needed is why it was chosen.

This is a much better product than the 10 year old microwave it replaced. Great features that older model did not have.

It's a microwave. It does what microwaves do while looking good doing it. I do love some of the additional features my previous nuke-machine didn't have - like the one for softening butter. Saves a lot of time when baking. I haven't used all the features yet, because honestly? I don't nuke so much anymore. But this is a solid, functioning piece of kitchen equipment.

I bought this one as a replacement for the original, which broke down after normal use for less than 10 years. I don't recommend it because it is discontinued.
