This only cools down to 64* does not get cold enough even in a small bedroom. I still have to use a fan to keep cool.

This air conditioner is not working how I was expecting to, we even can't feel the air. Definitively it was a bad purchase. I don't recommended to anybody to buy it this a/c.

I bought 2 of these but the second one i bought was all banged up like it fell off the delivery truck while it was going 70mph. Adter i returned it for another one was also a little bent out of shape but functional. Get it together bestbuy.

Terrible. It’s not working at all. I have central air and this was meant to be extra in my bedroom for added comfort. Waking up constantly in a sweat. Realize it hasn’t been working at all. Just the fan blowing my Central air.

does not cool like it should, have it in a 12x12 room and it never gets to the temp it is set at had to set it to 64 to get it to 70, I have tried everything that the troubleshooting tips said to try, the compressor just shuts off every few min, not happy with the AC

If your unit is dripping outside, this is normal especially during hot or humid weather. If your unit is dripping inside, make sure the air conditioner slants slightly from the case front to the rear. This way, the air conditioner will drip and be tilted to the outside. Not a great air conditioner doesn't seem to cool the bedroom as much as I would like. I always kept my old one at 60 degrees this one only goes to 64 which I'm not a fan of and the styrofoam barrier you literally can see light through it's so thin. Really disappointed that Best Buy was selling this low quality product did not expect that, they usually have quality products.

Returned it. Bought it for good reviews. Lugged it home, set it up, didn’t blow out cold air. Lugged it back to Best Buy. Very inconvenient. Maybe we got a lemon. Did not buy the same unit. It was too much of a hassle.
