No such thing as a high end Hisense

Screen Constantly freezes when trying to go in and out of TV Apps. Would not recommend.

Hisense / Geek Squad Warranty is a joke

What they don't tell you is if the TV is replaced during the 5 year warranty and NOT replaced with exact model you are SOL on the extended warranty. Hisense doesn't care about their customers, I wasted multiple calls to them and best buy ahead of time to make sure I got the exact model or they would "send me a refund check". They came out and destroyed my TV after assuring me it would be a refund or same model; refusing to let me pay for the exact model ahead of time, only to destroy the TV I had a 5 year warranty on and ship me whatever they had "comparable". Geek squad is zero help the first year; I now have a literal broken TV Hisense has left me with to dispose and a 5 year warranty that is worthless.

Wish I could return

The first update removed one of the cool features it had (find my remote). The software is extremely laggy and buggy (when switching apps the audio from the previous app continues to play.) Several times the screen will go black and audio will continue (so far on YoutubeTV, Disney+ and Netflix). Picture quality is average at best even though it's QLED.

Terrible response time, freezing with voice assist

I researched for a long time, went back and forth on which tv to buy and ultimately bought this based on previous reviews. But from the moment I turned the tv on, the overall speed and response of navigating thru the apps, switching between apps is terrible. The Google voice assistance is a nice feature but most times when it’s used the tv freezes and I have to turn it off and back on, sometimes even unplug it. It’s beyond frustrating for a brand new tv and I’m very disappointed with my purchase.

Got as a GS replacement for a Roku TV

Had Geek Squad protection and got this TV. The GS rep on the phone told me this was technologically superior to the Roku they were also offering. This TV apparently has no processing power. I was watching Paramount+, i turned up the volume and it caused a massive framerate drop. This is getting returned for that Roku. I want nothing to do with it. You can’t even adjust the volume without causing problems.

Netflix doesn't work on this TV

I've changed my modem, reset the TV etc ... I've been trying to get this issue resolved and Hisense is telling me to buy a USB flash drive and try downloading and reinstalling the TV software... Every other app works. No other issues with the TV. It's frustrating tho.

I only purchased this TV because the Best Buy TV sales person said not to buy the Samsung TV I was there for and to buy a TCL or Hisense TV instead. I noticed a dead pixel on the screen 17 days after purchasing and I am now out of the 15-day exchange period. Best Buy is telling me to go through the manufacturer to solve this problem but nobody has time for that. I cannot believe how poorly everything is made these days

Slow response

I have 3 other smart tv but was looking to upgrade to a bigger tv. The programs are so slow to load. On top of that it keeps saying not connected to the internet when it is hard wired in and my internet speed is 1gb. Definitely will not buy a hisense again as it is over priced as well for a smart tv that takes forever to load programs

All of the reviews I read were GREAT....mine however, not so great. Ghosting and tearing makes watching movies, especially in Dolby, almost impossible.

Extremely Laggy

Don’t buy any Hisense worst costomer service ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If I could rate just the costomer survive I would over all it’s an ok tv it looks great but if you run into a single issue expect your brain to loose cells my tv prompted me to update which I did I then got a infinite start screen glitch I did some research and found there’s like 3 ways to fix this one is pressing the reset pin button on the back the next is unplugging and plugging it back in then the last one you have to download the firmware onto a flash drive and plug it into the tv first the number listed anywhere to contact them doesn’t give any instruction really on where you’ll find this firmware update but after showering their site I was able to input my tvs s/n at which it give a few instructions on how to download and unzip the file onto a flash drive but the. It comes to the instructions on how to update the tv with the flash drive I read all the instructions which most of them include menu diving please pre take how I’m going to menu dive at all when my tv is stuck looping between the off screen the start screen and a rainbow box I pressed every button on the remote and the singular button on the tv nothing pulled a menu the only instructions that advise a way not using the menus says to hold the power button until a menu pops up it never did it was at this point I called Hisense for the second time I wanted to resolve it without reaching back out because the first time made me very annoyed when I started my call it was at 4:00 mst still within their hours of availability the automated system told me that it was out of office and that banking is only available I thought that was odd so I called again and did the banking option waited till I got a rep which took forever I then asked them the hours that it would be available after giving a real quick breakdown they said they were gonna transfer me without answering a single question so I asked again the hours of availability they said that it closed at 9est and was open at 9est I said ok transfer me and thanked them I waited on hold for a bit then heard a beep at which nobody was there the rep obviously was avoiding calls which honestly is probably common practice for them I waited for a sec said “ima hang up” then said “nah you know what I got time” they then hung up the second time I called I got a. It rep within about 15 min I gave them the run down and said I wanted to Envolve my warranty they asked me to send in some info which btw if you have a Best Buy online receipt they must not take cause she said once I send in the information then they will schedule a technician to come and repair the tv she then tried to quickly hang up on me but I stoped her and asked for a turn around time for the scheduling of the technician she said 24 hours the time I submitted my stuff was 5:07 it is now 7:28 and I haven’t received any contact I have one more day left on my Best Buy return policy and best believe I will be invoking that I am very upset with this joke of a company

Pray that you don’t get a bad version of this tv

Brought it back, had it replaced…and now I have to replace this tv. The screen went black, and came up with a pink grid after a loud pop/static sound. Now we get LOUD pop/static 7-8 times a day. No rhyme or reason for when it happens… I have been to Best Buy seven times already! And now I have to go back. Again! I am considering just living with the pops….

TRASH!!!

Tried to call for service - we are Best Buy Total members but the lady said out of warranty & $125 just to send someone to look at it & the store doesnt work on tvs that large. Then the surround sound system quit working...this is trash & service is trash
