      Hi rick Oh no, you shouldn't be having any issues with your Power Scrub Deluxe and we'd like to encourage you to call us at 1-800-944-9200 or visit our website to locate an authorized Hoover Repair Service Center. The good news is that your washer carries a 2 year limited warranty that covers motor/mfg. defects from the date of purchase. Let us know if you still need us!
