I’ve already had to replace the vacuum with a new one because the switch stopped working. Had vacuum less than two years.

Not even noise-cancelling headphones will hide the sound. Makes me feel like I’m on the tarmac with three planes revving up their engines around me. When I called Hoover’s customer service to address the issue, they were absolutely horrendous. In addition to just bad customer service, they indicated that I would have to pay for shipping the unit to them even though it’s defective, and they stated that I would not be reimbursed. Absolutely disgusting!!
