HP - 27" IPS LED FHD 100Hz Monitor with Adjustable Height (HDMI, VGA)
Included- FHD monitor, HDMI cable, power cord, and 25W power adapter
This is a very good monitor and offers many great features, especially for the price. It comes well packaged and well protected. It is easy to find everything. The directions are very clear and it is easy to assemble and doesn't require any extra tools. The height and angle are adjustable and easy to customize to find your perfect viewing angle. The design is sleek with a nice thin frame and makes it easy to put in any workspace. There is a pass through on the display stand that lets cords pass through to help reduce cord clutter. There are many display options, and you can change just about every aspect of the display to fit your preferences. If you want to change the brightness or color, you can tune it to your exact liking. The menu for changing the settings is very easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. The difference between the 24 inch and the 27 inch is definitely noticeable, but neither is better objectively, it's all up to preference. If you don't have the real estate for a larger monitor this is a great option. The image on this monitor is very sharp and clear and definitely a noticeable upgrade from my previous monitor. The monitor is a full HD display 1080p display with a 75Hz refresh rate. All in all, this feels like a high quality monitor and definitely worth it. Overall I would highly recommend this monitor for your needs, whether it's gaming, videos, documents or office work.

The HP Series 5 527SH features an adjustable stand which raises, lowers, and tilts making it easy to move for any viewing angle. The screen is full height/width with only a very small bezel at the top and sides making it easy to place along side another monitor for virtually uninterrupted viewing.
Set up was a breeze - simply attach to the stand, plug it in and customize for your viewing comfort.
The monitor looks great! The colors are vibrant, but even that can be adjusted from neutral (standard) to warm, native, night, custom red/green/blue (RGB), and HP Enhance + which really makes video game graphics pop.
The box even includes an HDMI cord - not always included with a monitor. It weighs about 9 pounds so it's easy to move if necessary and the thin design reduces the amount of space it takes up on your desk.
HP even makes an effort to be environmentally friendly by making the unit out of 85% recycled material and 5% ocean-bound plastics.
With a 100mhz refresh rate it provides smooth video playback, game-playing, and almost seamless scrolling. With dual HDMI ports and a VGA port it can easily be used with more than one device, or combined with another monitor!
This is a great monitor that seems so much larger than my previous 24", but doesn't take up too much space on my desk - all at an affordable price!

The HP Series 5 527sh is a very good basic monitor. It is a 27-inch, FHD monitor, meaning it's maximum resolution is 1920x1080. It features a nice 100hz refresh rate. Inputs include 1 VGA port and 2 HDMI ports. Noticeably absent is DisplayPort. The monitor itself is very nice looking, with small bezels all around, and a very thin profile overall. The monitor itself is very light, but the base has enough weight to keep it firmly planted on whatever surface you have it sitting on. It is also worth noting that I didn't see any VESA mounting threads or any other way to attach this to a wall or desk mount. The stand features height and tilt adjustments, but no swivel or rotation. Performance of the monitor was very nice. The screen is nice and bright with vibrant colors. It offers all the expected adjustments, color, brightness, contrast, etc. Like many other monitors, the navigation buttons are located out of sight, right on the bottom right of the monitor, and they aren't exactly well labeled. This is a pet peeve of mine and just like most other monitors, I make a few mis-steps before actually making the adjustments I want to make. Something HP does well is the first time you press any of the buttons, labels pop up on screen above each button, giving you a better idea of what each one does, and where it is actually located. So once you have those up to help you, navigating the menus is actually pretty simple. Overall, this was a very nice monitor, however, it is missing a few features that would really take it to the next level. I would recommend this if you just need a nice looking, well performing monitor for basic needs. Look elsewhere if you need things like display port, swivel/rotation, VESA mounts, or gaming performance.

Had this less than seven months & it died. Ran fine last night, get home will not turn on. Moved power cords to different strip, plugged/unplugged power cords, tried direct into wall, nothing. Won’t buy into a “Deal” again.

I'm not sure if it was the one I got but the screen had super tiny gridlines. It's possible that it was just the quality of the item. I was not able to get the typing to look clean/not blurry and had to return it.

Best Buy has the upmost worth Exchange policy!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM "WORST"-BUY. I purchased this monitor and the HDMI is defective and I can't return it due to their 2-weeks return policy! I guess I will contact HP to return! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MONITOR, ITS CHEAP!

It's very refreshing to see some office monitors available now with higher than a 60Hz refresh rate. I feel that the gaming market gets the fast refresh rates while the business monitors designed for managed work flow gets largely ignored when it comes to this feature. Thanks to HP, your videos at work will look a lot smoother using the HP Series 5 527SH. I have been pleasantly surprised at just how great the colors pop on this monitor and have been using it for my remote IT job. The thin profile is not heavy and though it's not really designed to be portable, you could easily bring this along to a hotel or conference. The display is virtually bezel free so there are no distractions from what you're doing. The monitors height can be adjusted for taller people or for your standing work desk. Pairing this monitor with a webcam would make an excellent work from home solution for anyone looking for a svelte, very thin, and manageable portable workstation to add the much-needed screen real estate that the mobile workforce requires. And it works with Chromebooks.

After working for hours to properly work with our Apple MAC computer, I contacted HP support. The third person that attempted to help stated that this HP monitor will not successfully mate with a MAC computer.
