Easy wireless set-up with the built-in Wi-Fi. The touch-screen display is small but works well. I had to use a conductive tip pen to type in information. Need to use the touch screen for all functions. Fast printing, scanning and copying. Document feeder works well for scanning/copying multiple pages. I did 20 pages & it didn't skip any. I like the option for auto 2-sided printing, controlling the quality / eco mode before sending to printer and email from printer option.

Overall, a great printer. Easy to set up and good quality. I like the HP app on my phone that allows me to print wirelessly. I deducted one star just because of the size. It’s a bit bulky and larger than I thought.

Excellent product! Finally found something that is quiet, fast and quality print! I've tried few brands like Epsom, Brother but HP is the best! Pleasure shopping at Best Buy. Turned in my relatively new ( and crappy) Epsom and traded in for HP, with a discount. Thanks, guys! Sandra

Great printer, how ever the tome that came with was a total waste. Just would not print clearly no mater how much you try to udjust it. Had to buy a new toner

Mine came without a printer port the wholes there just no connectors

This printer is not easy to navigate nor print with most software I use. The paper tray is adjustable but doesn't "fit" different paper sizes properly so that I can print on the first try. So I adjust paper a lot and wait a lot. it is ready for the junk pile...

Bought this for a customer. works fantastic for a black and white printer.

works pretty good. One thing I did not like about it was it said it did two sided copies but didn't bother saying until you purchased it that you have to manually turn the pages around to copy the other side. Once I figured it out was not too big of a deal but if I had known I would have selected a different printer.

Fast and neat prints and copies. Easy setup to laptop. More difficult with phones.

Only prints part of the time. Hard to pair with all devices. The printer gets to hit if you print mire than twenty five pages.

Yeah, does the job but mafde of flimsy construction and it looses its wifi connection causing a reinstall of the printer on the network. Price is good but I wouldn't buy this again.

As a member of the elder generation, I'm delighted with how easy it has been to set up and operate this printer. I would definitely recommend it to others in my generation!

Excellent for small business usage! The multiple functions allow me to do as much as possible in a small office. Looking forward to seeing how sturdy it is over the long haul.

good printer but setting up the scan to email feature is very cumbersome and not intuitive.

The ink that come with the printer has an issue which has kind of not that much black color on it
