I first bought one of these from Staples, got it home, and could never get it to work, even with telephone support. They told me to return it and that my PC was too old to support this new technology. So then I went Best Buy and bought this HP laser printer AND a new HP Envy laptop, but it (the laserprinter) failed many times, so I was always calling Geek Squad. Finally the GS man ordered me a replacement, thinking it was that particular printer. But that didn't work either, so GS man recommend I get a different brand of laser printer, altogether, which is working fine. So, I definitely do not recommmend this printer. It has great features and I liked it when it worked, but it was very unreliable and I couldn't get my work done.

I am getting more comfortable with my new wireless HP Laser Printer. It is very easy to use once you realize it won't break down on you. It's a little different from what I have been used to, but the more I use it, the more am very pleased with it.

Great printer to use wirelessly. Turn it on and go anywhere in house and print from laptop or phone instantly. The hp app not so great.

Easy to setup. Price could be better. Paper expensive.

It comes with two years worth of toner already loaded and always first try when printing from an iPhone. Nothing more that I’d ask for.

would not connect to my wifi. spent 2 hours on my own and 4 hours with 2 different HP reps who could not resolve. 4 prior wireless printers prior had no issues (none of those HP) and the one I bought to replace this (also not HP) connected in 2 minutes. No more HP for this gal Returned promptly

So far, wonderful. Smooth operation. No glitches. I like! I like not having to wrestle with cartridges. It's an excellent product.
