I had a Epson workforce printer before, and I spent a lot of money on ink, it would run out often. With my new printer I haven't bought a cartridge yet. I use it on the daily and the ink level is still at the top. My only complaint is the top lid for the copying part feels a little flimsy, wish it was sturdier. Other than that happy with my purchase. Would definitely buy again.

Great printer, light weight , long WiFi range and easy to connect

This printer performs all of its functions very well. It prints quickly, reliably, and with great quality. It scans quickly and quietly, and is intuitive to use. There is also the ability to fax within the HP app, which is great for WFH, small business, or the occasional personal need for such functionality. Other major pluses about this printer include: 1. Footprint - This printer an all-in-one machine that performs well for medium level demands. Given it's abilities, the size and weight of this machine are appreciably compact. I have it stored on a wall mounted shelf with no problem. 2. Quietness - the machine is not overly loud when performing any of its functions. 3. App/Wireless - HP has really invested in a quality design for the app that you use to operate this printer. It is simple and intuitive. Easy to use regardless of tech savvy. And reliable. Initial set up takes about 5 minutes and then you can print from any device on the same WiFi network. There is also the ability for WiFi Direct printing. I cannot attest to the economics of the cartridge use and how many pages, as the printer comes with a full cartridge estimated to last 5k pages. This is a perfect printer for any home, even with a small business. This is a splurge and overkill for any student, but will perform anything the kid will ever ask of it. I would hesitate to use this for any large capacity demands as there is no sheet feeder scan, so scanning multiple pages is clunky. Also, the print speed is quick but not commercial speed so there'd be inefficiency there. Overall great printer.

After a few weeks of use I can say that even without color this printer is a great alternative to an ink jet type machine. Wish I had converted earlier. Haven’t used the toner replacement injector yet, but if it that $15 replacement works as well as the printer has so far I will score this a big win. At this point I would highly recommend this printer.

Very good laser printer. Reasonable price. Cost and ease of adding toner is a very quick plus it comes with a large preloaded toner capacity. Quiet to use plus it is fast. I like the OCR ability and software that comes with the machine. The compact size fits on my desktop area. Clear and sharp printing & copying. All around worth the money I spent.

Much better then ink jet. You don't need to worry about ran out of ink. I love it.
