After printing, paper curled really bad like toilet paper. After a week from printing, it still curls and I think it will keep the shape forever. (I used an ordinal paper purchased at Walgreens and it worked fine with my old Canon laser printer so not because of paper quality.) Not only that, but the printing quality itself is bad and I see lines on rich black text. IF YOU BUY THIS PRODUCT, YOU NEED TO KNOW YOU WILL HAVE CURLED AND UNPROFESSIONAL OUTPUT which is not appropriate for business.

Love the printer and the app

So far, the HP Neverstop has also made that list. I particularly love the HP app for scanning. With it, you can scan an image, such as a document or grocery list, use the smart settings or manually crop it, and send that to your HP printer to print. Even though there is a built in scanner, which I used and was happy with the results, I’ve found myself relying more frequently on the HP scanner app due to how convenient it is and how well it managed to crop and detect text. It’s a black and white printer and the print speed is everything I expect from a laser printer. I haven’t had a chance to use the quick refill toner, but I like the concept of it and it appears to be easy to use. Setup was easy with the HP printer app. All I did was launch the app, connect my smartphone to the printer’s WiFi network, then follow the prompts on the app to connect it to my home network. The only issue I ran into was when removing and replacing the printer tray to add printer, the plastic paper pusher was a bit finicky to keep in place. Overall I’m happy with this printer, and particularly happy with the HP app for scanning or printing existing PDFs. If black and white printing with a scanner option is what you’re looking for, I would definitely recommend the HP Neverstop.
