Great All in One

You have to manually turn the paper over in order for it to print duplex. The cost was almost $400 - I would think for that price, manual paper-turning would not be required!

Set up is not straightforward

Average users will have a hard time to install this printer. The manual is useless. Using the mobile version of HP 'smart' app is a waste of time.(at least on Android). And if you have a Mac, forget it - there is no HP smart application for the Macintosh. Only for IPhone and IPAD. If you will use it connected to the USB, it will probably work, but for WIFI connection to work, you need to run HP Smart app on PC, download HP diagnostics and let it 'fix' the WIFI. Do not forget to download the latest firmware of the printer directly from the HP website. It seems to be a good printer, however HP software must be fixed ASAP. By far the worst user experience I had to set up a printer. 4 hours spent into this...

It was designed more for a small office, but I am fine with the over kill. I hate having to buy ink for the home printers all the time and the ink drying up on me. This printer is very easy to set up and I love how cheap the replacement toner is and how easy it is to refill. I shouldn't have to replace the toner for a year due to it comes preloaded. I connected this to my desktop computer, but we can print wirelessly from all our laptops and cell phones. Works great.
