I ordered this laptop on August 26 with a promised date of delivery of August 28. The item never shipped. Contacted BB (which was no small feat). They did not have one to ship to me so my only option is to obtain a refund. I was told I would hear back from someone from BB in the next 48 to 72 hours regarding my refund. I don’t understand how hard a refund is. I did not receive a product I paid for, just credit my card back. To date, I still have not heard about my refund. Worst customer service ever.

After spending over 40 hours online with tech support from Best Buy, T-Mobile, and HP, the machine was determined to be defective and returned to the store. The one star is too high.

I already hate it after using it for 2 hours. First thing, Frequency is just 2.2 GHz, not 4.8 as written in the specs. But the biggest disappointment for me is the battery life. After using it for 2 hrs, it used up 20% of the battery already. In short, the battery life will just be 10hrs, not 25.5hrs. The main reason why I bought it is because of the "very long" battery life. I am so disappointed that I want to return it asap.
