We do a a great deal of document scanning in our office, and we needed a reliable scanner/printer. This is the perfect model for our needs, and we look forward to many years of hassle-free service from this unit.

All of the literature says it can be used wirelessly. NOT TRUE!!!!! Also as a refurb it took forever to find the info to download drivers.
