My first printer with tanks and I like them. Easy to load. setup was a little messy but I managed it. First time I have used locker pickup. Worked fine for me and I will use again. Can't beat Bestbuy for selection.

Printer works good and the ink lasts a long time. Only downside is the pages print a little slow. Wish it could print quicker but so far it works!!

Excellent printer love how its on standby so i can print from my phone in the other room without any trouble ar all. Easy set up if you have some knowledge and follow instructions.

the way I can manually fill the color cartridge set up was a pain but once we got it working also like that there’s enough ink to last a very long time and it doesn’t evaporate

Easy set up convenient to use with the separate ink tanks will give longer time between refills and the cost will be much less plus the price was very good excellent choice

The instructions were okay but lack some helpful information. The app was worse. Once set up and on the network it has been easy to use with no issues.

Great print quality. Occasionally has some difficulty feeding the paper through one page at a time but not very often.

I bought this printer to use as a basic printer on Ubuntu Linux. I did not find a way to set up this printer with Linux, so I used a Windows 11 machine to do the setup on my network. Once the printer was working, I removed the Window computer and just used my Linux computers. All the computers automatically recognized the printer, and worked fine. Ubuntu also has an application "Document Scanner" that recognized the scanner part of the 5000. It also worked fine to scan documents into the computer. While I used Windows 11 to do the initial printer setup, I suspect that the Smart Phone/Tablet setup application would have worked too.

the overall of the printer, it's better than the last HP on the instant ink program. this unit has stayed steady and not run out of ink in 1.5 yrs. it has had to be unplugged to reset a few times. if you make a lot of copies, this doe not have an auto feed. I on average print a color page once a day.

This printer is effective in meeting my printing needs. The only drawback is that it does not automatically print on both sides of the paper.

This is exactly what I wanted. My color laser print broke and I wanted something simple, reliable and inexpensive for the infrequent printing I need to do. This is perfect.

Good printer. Clear, easily read sheets. It would be easier to use if it had AUTOMATIC 2 sided printing.

So far the printer is outstanding. It was easy to set up . I can print from my laptop or smart phone. I purchased it at what I feel was a good price. I have had 3 other HP printers and this one is the best.

Although it took 3 printers the first 2 were defective the 3 was delivered and installed and is working just fine. Had to make 2 trips to store which is time consuming and costly.

Printer is great. Love the ink bottles to refill with. Quick and easy. Got great professional help deciding on which printer to purchase.

I leave this setting for 6 months at a time. It begins working as soon as I plug it in with no upkeep. This is way better than cartridge type printers.

I love the easiness to set up apart from putting in the cartridges. The ease of not always having to buy ink cartridges had me sold and how easy it is to put the ink in is the chef's kiss on top.

Amazing! This printer prints everything even stickers!! And I got 2years worth of ink so she’s gonna last a while!

Love this printer, ink is very expensive but this printer helps save on ink. I would recommend this type of printer to those who print lots of things. This is a game changer.
