It was a great decision when I decided to buy this printer. Perfect size for the space I have available. But, the featurs I like the best is that it doesn't use ink cartriges like most other. Adding more ink extremely easy and it came with three years of in included. Also, the fact that the paper feeds from the back gives me the option of multiple paper sizes, mostly legal, in a very easy way to move from one size to another.

Being so fristrated for decades with my last inkjet printer. Literally ink was gone ascsoon as i printed a test page and two other things. Finally decided to try the smart tank and it has been incredible! I can print wirelessly from my phone,chromebook,computer! My 16 year old was even able to quickly print off a resume from her phone for a ladt minute job interview. No problem ar all. Really wish i had bought this all the other times i bought replacement ink cartriges in the past. 100% recommend

Easy setup, great quality pages in color and black/white. A little slower than expected, but very good for the price. Recommend.

Buying this printer was a no brainer decision for me. I was truly tired of spending a fortune on ink cartridges for my other HP inkjet printer. As a person who leads a team of Lions Club vision screeners, we screen a minimum of 875 pre-k through 5th grade students every year. We were going through tons of cartridges because the screening results printouts that we send home to parents are in color. Another local Lions Club bought this same printer a while ago and in their screenings (and they do about 6,000 a year because their city is MUCH larger than mine), they have been using that printer for 18 months without having to change the ink! I LOVE this new printer. The quality of the prints is excellent even when I put it on draft mode to save ink. I love it so much that I bought one for my own home!

I teach pre k and so I am constantly printing out papers for my students and myself to use! Printer is very easy to set up and use. Ink lasts a decent amount of time as well. It can be a little slow if you are printing a large amount of papers with lots of color ( not all black) but I have no other “complaints “ I will definitely be recommending this product to all my friends and coworkers

Got the new printer, and the setup was fast and easy. No problems. Did a test page print and also all went well. Print Quality is good and printed straight from my phone.

easy to set up, not overly big, lots of ink in the tanks prints a little slow but perfect for home use

The printer seems to work/print very well. We just bought it so too early to tell how long the tanks of ink will last compared to constantly replacing the ink cartridges in our old printer. Hopefully this printer will be more economical.

I wasn't sure I would like this kind of printer but it sure is doing a great job. Best Buy was incredibly helpful in showing me how to use it, and I'm sure it will be a cost saver over cartridges. I'm so glad I decided to go with the Smart Tank.

I like this HP Smart Tank printer more than my previous cartridge HP printer. The old printer made great prints but it was slow and went through a lot of cartridges which got to be very expensive. The Smart Tank Inkjet printer holds much more ink and will print a lot of copies before needing a refill. Also, the refill is easy with no spills. In conclusion, the HP Smart Tank prints great copies faster, is easy to operate and less expensive to use. I definitely recommend it. Tim M.

ONCE IT WAS PUT TOGETHER, IT WAS GREAT. BUT INSTRUCTIONS WERE UNCLEAR FOR REMOVING ONE OF THE YELLOW PLASTIC GUARDS AND HAD TO GO INTO THE GEEK SQUAD FOR HELP. (WHICH ARE ALWAYS WONDERFUL TO GO TO FOR HELP AND VERY PATIENT WITH SENIORS.

This is a very good printer. I just needed a small printer for the house, I don’t do a lot of printing, but I needed one that’s easy to use. And I love the WiFi ability! I can be in my bedroom and print my paperwork and walk into the office and it’s all ready to go! It’s great!

It takes a little getting use to be so far it was a great purchase. Would buy again

So far so good. I've only had this a couple months but it seems to be a great value for the money. It was really easy to set up and the copies are good quality. I'm hoping the ink will last a good long time and I know the ink will be much cheaper than the ink cartridges.
