So far so good. Instructions good to setup. Working fine so fst for our needs. Haven't used the scanner or copier yet but the machine has been very simple to operate so far. Print quality is good for our needs. Not sure about portrait prints.

Good printer with minor quirks. Good value for the cost. Easy to setup, as long as you are willing to use HPs Smart App (I could not find a way to install or use this without it). Huge print tanks are a plus.
A few minor issues: This printer disconnects itself from the wifi network frequently. Must reboot or cycle wifi button (on printer) to fix. Paper jams more frequently than the older HP model that this replaced.
Overall good printer. I would purchase again.

The printer was constantly going offline when I needed to print. Not sure this was the printers fault. I enjoyed the print quality and ease with which it printed. Also, black ink was almost gone and I hadn't had it for two years.
If you like copying multiple pages this is not the printer for you. I finally returned it and got another printer with additional features I was used to.

This printer prints nice copies and doesn't use a lot of ink. I have had a lot of problems keeping it attached to the internet. And sometimes, it just decides not to print. So I have to go through the turn off, unplug, etc. procedures until it decides to print again.
I is quite slow and that is fine since it is not a top of the line printer.

We have used it a number of times and it works great. Easy to use. I would recommend watching a utube video before setting up as directions that came with it were pretty vague.

Best at home printer I have ever had!! If you are sick of running to the store every year to buy a printer because its cheaper than buying the ink that runs out quickly and dries up if you don't use it all the time then BUY THIS NOW!! I work from home and print documents regularly.. When I first purchased it, I was so impressed with its scanning and app capabilities that I immediately bought an addition one for my step sons mothers house for school work use! I am most shocked my the value the ink well provides. I purchased this over a year ago, use it pretty much daily and the ink is not even half gone yet!! It's not a commercial printer but for a small home office or home printer, this is incredible value.

I got this printer when I saw the price of ink cartridges for my other printers. This printer would never connect to my internet, not even after I spent an hour or two with customer service. The ink is not color fast either. The printing it not clear and crisp, it's kind of fuzzy. I was printing legal documents and had to have a working printer and this was my only choice. The rest of them were far too expensive. And since it would not connect to wifi, I had to rush back to the store for a USB cable to connect to my laptop to even print. Why in the world do they not just include that cable? What if the wifi is out, which happens a lot? I have to keep it out of necessity but I don't love it.

After reading other reviews after receiving the printer is download the software, go to the HP website, the instructions are straight forward. After 20 minutes of setup time I printed from two different cellphones and a Lenovo computer. You might have a problem with Windows 7 OS! Really an OS that is over 15 years old. It is not a Laser but an Inkjet but the items I printed I could use for a resume. Also no it does not have a fax! A fax! I imagine there are still fax machines in use but seriously PDF your documents, attach and send over email or something comparable but not a fax.
It will save tons of money on printer ink and it to less than 2 minutes to fill all 4 printer ink wells...but it not to expensive and not to cheap.

It was Easy to install. I am using for printer for personal use. It appears to be cost effective with ink instead of cartridges. Print quality is good. I’m satisfied so far.

Love this printer, its better than all the other ones we had. Easy to set up and the inks works great. Picked this one because no ink cartridges and holds more paper to print. Highly recommend this product.

It prints very well and I like that with WI-FI you don’t need a cable. Looks like the ink will last pretty long. How ever, for some reason, it won’t sync with my iPad. Oh, well.

The print quality is excellent. It was tricky to connect the printer to WiFi, but it operates on Bluetooth equally well. The instructions are straightforward and easy to grasp.
