Love this. I don't have to worry about changing ink cartridges. Prints are great.

Schedule installation with the Geek Squad!! Even if you are an IT Pro! Spent several hours, (yes, I did read what passes for instruction) before DJ arrived and it took him an hour! The printer is good but HP dropped the ball on the instructions!

Set up was complicated. Connecting to wireless was a headache. It also had trouble connecting to wireless internet network if I also had bluetooth turned on for my wireless speakers). Wouldn't stay connected for more than 20 minutes and I had to keep resetting or "forgetting" printer, then restarting the connection setup in the HP "not" Smart program/app. There's no standby mode for this printer, so you can't just print something from another room or when you're not at home/office (which is supposedly a new highlighted HP smart feature). You have to go to the printer every time to turn it back on and wait to see if it can find the wireless network. By end of 2nd day of trials, it just stopped printing from other devices altogether... it would make a "prepping" sound as if it received a document to be printed, but then never actually printed. Start of 3rd day, it wouldn't even copy what was already on the scanning bed. Packed it up and took it back. Paid too much money for this to be such a big headache.

Extremely pleased with our purchase. Ease of setup and printer operation is top notch.

Print quality is great and print time is quick. Recommend this printer to all user levels. Great addition to a home office.

The best attribute is the color quality of printed pages but I would say that would be just about it. It's not horrible but not mind blowing now it's easy to use copy feature is a plus as well as it being wireless print quality needs improvement.

Arrived early and as described, was a little confusing to setup but once we figured it out it's been working great.

Product was easy to setup and has worked very well with high volume of printing. Very easy to reload ink and a bottle of ink seems to be lasting longer than the old cartridges.
