This is the first time I have upgraded my ecotank printer in 5-6 years. The print quality is wonderful! Setup is very easy. The document feeder tends to stick, so I have to babysit while I am scanning to make sure the pages feed properly. Overall, good quality and value for the price.

Easy to use, very good print quality, fast printing, quiet. Setup manual could be better, more info especially setting up ink.

I replaced an HP inkjet that we had for about 8 years that had the paper carrier die. It serviced us well and we got our money's worth. I've had Canon, Epson and HP printers in the past and none of them came on line without a lot of fuss and technical support. Well, HP got this one right. Unboxed it, plugged it in and followed the direction and within 15 minutes was up and running including wireless connections - no fuss, no muss. needless to say, I was a happy camper. Now, on to the printing. This printer is quieter than my last HP and a bit quicker. I have not measured speed but for moderate use (I have a consulting business I operate out of my home), it works perfectly. And I love the Supertank. Putting the ink in was as easy as can be. Color rendition is great, paper handling is great (the duplex printing works so much better than my last HP) and again, it is much quieter. The only thing that is a bit quirky is the paper discharge. On my last HP, the output tray support shelf automatically popped out when printing started. This one does not so I leave it out - not a big deal. If you forget to put the shelf out, the paper will end up floating to the floor - not the end of the world but a bit of a nuisance.

I was in search of a new printer after my old one decided to quit. The HP 7602 popped up and really intrigued me and after purchasing it, loved the simplicity of use and how easy it was to set up and use. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a new printer

The price was right for my pockets. The ink holds longer and prints faster compared to my old printer. The associate made sure that I was taken care of.

So far I like everything about the printer. Trying to set up the scan feature. The printing quality is very clear.

Expensive but better than the other printers I have bought. So far so good. Hoping it stays that way. The usual problem is often WiFi connectivity and finding printer. So far that issue hasn’t been too bad. 5 Star for now.

I’m in love with this printer. I’ve always purchased HP products but my 2014 Officejet Pro’s ink cartridges were financially killing my budget with the large volume my home office printing demands. I hated to give up the quality I had become accustomed to with my existing Hp. After consulting with a BestBuy representative I purchased the super ink tank model. This printer has become a well loved addition to my work! Thank you Best Buy and HP I am a lifetime customer.

Only had it a month but, so far, so good. Use it for home office. Pleased that the ink levels haven't dropped much at all. I like that you don't have all those plastic ink cartridges to throw away. Can't attest to ease of installation (wireless) because I had someone else install it for me.

I’ve had the HP Smart Tank 7602 for seven months, and it has been outstanding. Print quality is sharp, the refillable ink tanks last forever, and setup with Wi-Fi and the HP Smart app was simple. It handles documents and photos equally well, and the ADF and duplex printing are great time-savers. Reliable, quiet, and incredibly economical—one of the best printers I’ve owned. Highly recommend.

The HP Smart Tank 7602 is excellent. I don’t have to buy the printer cartridges anymore and use less ink. Paid for the extended warranty and was worth it because at 11 months of use the printer heads showed an error. Took the printer back to Best Buy and exchanged it for a new one. Had to buy a new warranty but would have paid more for new printheads.

Does exactly what we needed and easy to use. We went through three printers before this one.

Great Value for the money. I just replaced my almost 20 year old HP printer that is still working. So far this was the easiest printer to set up for my home office, does everything I needed. Not concerned with FAX now that I am retired. I can"t wait to see how long the ink will last. Looks good, easy to load paper, and prints great.

I love this printer! I'm currently in school and the amount if printing I do is insane. With my old printer, I was buying new cartridges every 3ish weeks. With this I am still on the original ink that came with the printer. My last printer finally died (after months of sounding like it would go at anytime) in October of 2023. It is now July 2024 and the ink cartridges are still at least 90% full. A lot of my homework involves printing legal documents and notes that can easily be 50-100 pages per document. I have never been able to do this much printing on the original cartridges. I couldn't do it on the XL cartridges that I used to buy either. This was by far the most I have ever spent on a printer in my life and it is worth every penny. It was also much easier to set up with all of our devices and the network. I like that it holds way more paper than any of my old ones did. It will fit about 1/3 of a ream at a time.

I purchased this printer during a Black Friday sale at Best Buy and the HP representative that walked me through how this printer works and determining if it would need my printing needs was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend this printer!!

I was in a pinch, needing a new "all-in-one" printer for my home office. I found this HP online, went to the store to pick one up and it was not available in that store because of the great price. I quickly went online to order and had it delivered the very next day. Overall experience with BestBuy is always great! AND I recycled my "dead" printer while we were there. The printer was super easy to set up, fill the tanks, connect to the wifi, and I was back in business printing out the forms I needed.
