Great printer. Easy to use. All set up is done with the app .

Works great but would not stay connected wirelessly and HP didn't have an answer. When the printer went to sleep after being on standby it would lose the wireless connection. I connected it usb and runs perfect it is fast and quiet. The prints look amazing! Four stars because of connection issues.

Purchased the HP 7602 Smart Tank printer a few weeks ago. Everything has worked as hoped for. I highly recommend the printer, set up was quick and easy.

This is a nice printer for home use. It's smaller than our previous HP 8600 series printer, but it does print anything from the desk top fast. Wireless printing is a little slow, but it does print well (be sure to check your resolution before sending pictures to be printed wirelessly). We have print quit a few documents since purchasing, and it hasn't put a dent in the ink. It's still new and we can't identify anything we dislike. I would recommend this printer for home, or a college student.

Have used for several weeks and so far runs well. Easy set up with compatible devices and Internet. Seems to be well constructed.

First of all, I absolutely loved my previous HP printer for many years. My new HP - Smart Tank 7602 Wireless AI-Enabled, etc. with 3 Years of Ink Included - Dark Surf Blue is amazing!

This printer is easy to use. Great convenience with ink tanks and great savings from my previous HP laser printer, but not as fast. Have some issue with scanning but otherwise a very good printer.

Pleased with ink usage, setup could have been a little easier, not as easy to connect or wake-up despite print anywhere feature, overall does what it suppose to do with a little more effort. Hope it last as long if not longer than last printer, too expensive to replace in less than 10years.

Once successfully installed via ethernet it worked and continues to work perfectly. I don't have wifi enabled on anything so connecting to my network was a bit of an issue that was resolved quickly once i discovered where to look and what to do. The big selling point for me was the approximately two year of ink supply and, at current prices the low cost of ink when the time comes. It was also on sale for about $15 more than the ink cartridge version. All of my printers over the years have been HP products. This one replaced a 15 year old that just gave up.

Super easy to set up. Prints look fantastic. Photos are very crisp and clear. I waited too long to update my very old ink jet for a larger tank printer.

The Printer has preformed well to this point. I have no complaints.

We are extremely please with the new HP7602 Smart Tank printer. It was a snap to set-up in less than 30 minutes and filling the 4 ink tanks was quick and with no mess. Printing of both B/W and Color is clear and painless. B/W printing speed is great and Color prints take about twice as long but not a problem have only had the printer for 3 weeks but very impressed thus far.

The quality of the printer is good, the image and colors are vibrant. The one thing I have had trouble with is that I have had to reset it twice already because the Bluetooth keeps turning off. Fortunately it seems to be a short process so I am ok with it so far. I have had this printer for almost a month.
