This by far is the best printer I have purchased in the last few years! It’s a little pricey but so far so good.

This has been a GODsend in my classroom this year! I create all of my own materials (pisters, nanipulatuves, games, vicabulary) and the fact that I do notneed to buy ink monthly is a huge savings for me. Absolutely worth the money. :)

Great printer…easy change out from a 15 year old HP that served us well.

Overall prints well. Couldn't get it to connect to wi-fi. Would prefer drivers insread of hp smart app.

First bought Epson ecotank pro printer took it home and turned it on and it showed paper jam error when i have not even put papers in. Called epson and they said its paper jam and i tried to explain them i have not put any pape in the printer yet but they are not trying to understand that. Retuned it bought HP supertank and could not be more happy with my printer purchase.

This is a fantastic printer. My previous printer had finally decided after many years of solid usage that it was time to go up to the great printer in the sky. After looking at many different printers across all manufacturers I settled on this one for two reasons, my previous printer was an HP and it lasted a long time, and the new ink fill system is awesome. Great looking prints and fast easy scanning. A great purchase.

I bought this printer to replace a +/- 5 yr. old HP "all-in-one". The screen on that printer simply froze so that I couldn't change functions, couldn't do anything. This "smart tank" printer was extremely difficult to set-up and synchronize with my existing computer and software. It should have taken maybe 30 minutes to get it up and running, but it took me over 3 hours (probably operator error more than anything). Now that it has been working and running for a few weeks, I like it a lot. Smooth and easy usage all the way around. Printing, scanning, copying (have not had a chance to use the fax function) all work fast and smooth. It is over-priced, but what isn't these days. Would definitely recommend this "all-in-one" for anyone that is in the market for such a machine.

the cost of ink is good- easy setup - easy to use.

This is by far the best equipment bought. Fully impressed with the set up, printing quality, can print straight from my phone, scan documents to email with ease. Just happy with this purchase, not 1 compliant at all.

The printer is performing well - haven't really had it long enough to make a firm review.

Printer has provided quality prints and ink is still in abundance.

I like the easy way to setup the printer to wifi and computer. The no mess filling the tanks with the ink.

The printer works extremely well. It was very difficult to set up No written instructions were included. Had to go on a website which was hard for me to navigate. My daughter-in-law had to come set up the scanner and she had a hard time as well. She was not able to set it up to scan to a website or email, but had to set it up to print to a folder on my desktop. I was just not very happy with all the difficulty and steps that setup entailed.

My first time with an Inkjet Printer and I like it. Not as fast as cartridge printers, but the output is good. Learning how to use hand controls is hard. I'm used to using my computer to do what I want ' like copying, printing, scanning, and expanding print size from scanned copy

Set-up was really easy when using the guided set-up instructions. So far the printer itself is functioning well. There is a learning curve which could be aided by more intuitive controls e.g., converting scans to PDF and saving them on connected PC for emailing. However, I believe that, as with other upgraded tech equipment, this device will prove as dependable as the older HP model that it replaced.

I haven't had this item long, so I can't really rate it right now, but so far so good. I am giving it a 5 star because of the outstand help I received from the Chardae. She was very Helpful

This is one printer I'm glad to have purchased, previous printers were extremely difficult to setup, while this printer took more than a little extra, I'm thinking that's due to it being so new and the setup menu wasn't finalized, after setup, everything is fine, with the new ink refill system, it should cost far less to maintain in the future.

We’re satisfied with our new printer. It is fairly easy to use and so far we’e experienced no major issues. It’s hard to understand how the ink included could possibly be close to a 2-year supply as advertised, but we’ll see how long before having to refill the ink tanks.
