Better then expected easy to use ink bottles are great

This model doesnt print as dark as some laser printers but doesnt waste ink either..no cartrige, straight up bottles of ink..and with the two years free ink it was a no brainer.

The Printer is very good but Geek Squad was not. I had the printer for 3 weeks and they made 2 house visit and were not able to get it to work. I had HP support do the installation.

I was looking for a new printer. The salesperson recommended the HP-Smart Tank 7602 based on my need. I'm very happy with the purchase. The printer is bluetooth enabled so connects seamslessly to my computer. Printer is fast and scanner is easy to use. The ink tanks are easy to fill and mess free.

I love this printer!! I have always had HP printers, and this one has exceeded my expectations with the ink tanks. In the past my inkjet cartridges could dry up before the ink was used up. Very easy to operate. I will be purchasing again for a different office setting. A+++++

I previously owned an Epson Ecotank printer and replaced it with this HP Smart Tank 7602 All-In-One. The setup was easy and I was up and operating in a few hours. The phone application, HP Smart, works well. I've used the printer for about a month and have had no problems with it.

Best printer i ever had in a long time don't have to buy cartridges all the time I've had it for months haven't added ink.

This is a great printer for the price...love the quality.

So far I like this printer much more than my previous OfficeJet. I didn't give it 5 stars because I have already had 1 paper jam. Also getting scan to email is setup is a chore. Not as easy as my previous printers.

for normal printing and also photo printing, this machine does it all! It's color accuracy is truly something that makes it worth the price. Also buying the ink bottles and filling as you need as opposed to buying ink cartidges that dry out if you dont use them as often is way more cost effective as well!

This smart tank printer is a "work tank" -it seems to get each task completed quickly and efficiently. it is reassuring to not need ink refills at every turn and have the variety of functions - fax, copy, print at my home office.

Love the quality and the liquid ink is so much better than the powder cartridges.

Working great so far. Scanning from feeder is at a good speed. The amount of ink is fantastic. Not concerned about running out.

Good value and easy set-up. I've had good success with HP cartridge printers in past and look forward to switching to a Smart Tank All-in-One.

Surprisingly easy to set up. Nice quality for a home computer

Agent Robert came to house and set up my printer. He gas helped me before and I appreciate his expertise and resolving any issues I may have. The online service was horrible. I am still getting use to the new printer. Different HP then my last HP. Haven't had any problems operating it just that it is different.
