I’ve purchased multiple all-in-one units over the years from HP Epson Rico and others. This ink cut performs like a champ is a workhorse for daily output and sips Inc. like a bird. Had a price point of just under $500 and having returned the Epson equivalent for your very satisfied for a home office use for scanning and printing with little to no problems.

I've only had it several weeks. The set up was very easy. Downloading the application was easy. The display tells you pretty much what to do! The print quality is nice & fast.

I was debating on whether to buy an Epson or HP ink tank printer after using expensive cartridges on a 8 year old HP photo smart. I have read hundreds of reviews and watched videos till I couldn't keep my eyes open. Bad and good on both name brands. I have always been a HP person and was willing to give Epson a crack. Well, two things helped me make my choice. With all the commercials, Shaq didn't really do much to sell the product for me. I felt like he didn't really believe in the product. But... the Epson felt like cheap and I mean really cheap plastic construction. Mattel toys were built better. So, I got the HP. So far no at all. Followed hook up and installation by the book and it was perfect.. I did have to ask HP support for help with printing color photos using Adobe Photoshop and that went quickly and smoothly. No problem turning it off and on. WiFi stays connected. Really pleased.

So far I really like this printer. I replaced an older Office Jet all in one that needed ink again, cost about $140.00 now. It prints really well and is pretty fast. The setup was easy on first try. I like that it has automatic double sided printing but I gave only 4 stars because it doesn’t have automatic double sided scanning, like my older printer. The real test will be if it operates with non HP ink refills, I don’t see how it will know the difference but I guess we’ll see. The HP ink refill is still almost $80.00 while aftermarket is under $30.00. If you need a new printer I don’t think you will go wrong purchasing this one.

This was an easy to use printer. It took no time at all to get it set up and ready to use. The printer compact and it is very quiet. It has all the features I need plus a couple that just make it perfect for my home .

I wanted a printer that didn't use cartridgers and started with an Epson. Within one week a part fell off that prevented the printer to work and it was very loud. I decided on the HP and am very happy. The quality of the prints is great and it is very quiet. The only reason for not a 5 star is the limited copying choices.

This is an exceptional home/small business Inkjet Printer! It is superbly well designed, engineered and manufactured. Using the ink bottles is a significant improvement over those clunky and expensive ink cartridges. I was concerned about spilling ink; however, the ink bottles are almost spill-proof. Having replaceable print heads will likely greatly extend this printer's life cycle. (With the older printers, once the print heads wore out, the printer was toast.) The HP App made it easy to set up and install the printer. Great buy at a very fair price!

Bought this printer almost a year ago and had to return it last week because the printer heads were "missing.". The sensors weren't reading them anymore, best I can figure. I did all the troubleshooting and eventually returned it. I had the best buy membership so it was an easy swap. Got a whole new printer in about 20 minutes. I got the same printer because I had too but I do actually like the printer, I was just disappointed that it didn't last a year. We will see how this one does.

The printer is operating just great. I like the fact that it's ink is much cheaper than the "ink-jet" models. The ink is easy to install. The printer is fast and quiet.
