I love my new HP printer. It was very easy to set up.

I didn't expect during setup to have to load ink into the ink wells, but it was quick, very easy, and there was no mess whatsoever. It was easy to connect to my network and immediately start wireless printing. And the print quality is very good with this printer. Overall, good value for the money.

This best home printer we have ever owned, prints and scans faster and better than the ones we have had before.

I returned the printer after a few days. The software was difficult to set up and even the Geek Squad had trouble with it. It is advertised as having duplex capability but it’s manual duplex, not automatic.

Easy set up. Looking forward to seeing how it holds up. I like being able to see the ink levels.

Love that its nnow cartridgeless. However having major issues with told apps to get it to work. Wont allow me to print off smart phone or computer. So far just copying.

Great printer but difficult to set up all functions especially scanning. I set up the printer initially but could not figure out the scanning. Took Geek Squad two visits of 1 hr each. Otherwise quality of printing is excellent.

I’ve only had the printer for a month. So far I am very happy with it. I paid extra to have the Geek Squad come to my house to set it up.It was a good investment. He was a great help and explained how to operate it and answered all our questions.

Nice all in one printer. This replaces an older HP all in one that used ink cartridges. I have only had it setup for 1 day so I am interested in seeing how long before I need to refill the ink wells.

Much needed printer that is wireless. We have struggled with previous printers due to having to constantly purchase ink cartridges. Purchasing cartridges was not efficient use of money nor was it convenient. This wireless printer we have purchased is simple to set up, simple to use and seems to be cost efficient. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Only issue with this is wireless faxing seems to be an issue with this product. Otherwise it works great for everything else.

Once i got it up and running this printer works great; but the setup was horrible and I had so many issues. I was on the phone with HP tech support for almost 2 hours because they were also having issues with getting it to work, but finally we did and I haven’t had many issues since.
