Great printer! It's easy to use & it makes good copies.

I got it all set up. It printed a test page, then went into update mode and bricked itself. Nothing could get it out of update mode. HP help not helpful. Said to unplug for 5 minutes or so (I let it sit overnite) then plug it back in. Went right back to forever setup mode. Two days later it was still in update/setup mode. The network was fine and it was alive according to the router. There's no physical buttons on this printer. Just a touch sensitive screen. If it goes into a DO loop then there's no way out. I could try to tap into it's os but at that point I just gave up and took it back. Best Buy has degrees of membership. I had the base membership which gave me a two week return policy. Since it was more than two weeks I had to buy into tier-2 of ther membership which gave me 60 days. Got my money back. I decided I don't need a printer anymore and just will go to the package store for my print needs from here on out. Most of my dealings with personal printers have been not good with breaking/fussy/no toner/jams etc. the majority of my experience. So I decided like cable and the land line I have no need for a printer.

I like the ink cartridges and the ease of filling the reservoirs.

Compact but mighty machine, loving the bluetooth, no more cords to trip over. Excellent print, good speed for my needs.

Was a decent printer while it worked. Started giving me trouble about 6 months in with printhead problems. Did checks and restorations that seemed to work and even bought new printheads recently to only have it crap out three weeks outside of the warranty period. Now it says printheads missing even while installed. Basically an expensive paper weight. Apparently this is common with HP printers from what I’ve read. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

I have not been able to connect tge fax machine because it says "check telephone line". HP tech support have been useless to fix the proble. At this point, I have given up! I might return it since I can't use it for what I need it for.

Our new HP printer is doing us a very good job . No complaint
