    the instructions were not very helpful. If I wasn’t familiar with HP printers the average person would have had problems getting it up an running. Otherwise the printer works just fine.

    The quality on HP machine has diminshed significantly since I purchasedmy first HP Color printer for half this price 10 years ago This hold so few sheetof paper; constantly jams; requires manual turning of 2 sided printing- and freezes your computer until it's time to turn the paper over. Try printing a 40 page document- it takes forever. The ONLY plus is ink cost is much less.

    It is loud and disconnects from my wifi often while my laptop and other devices are still connected. Good printing quality.

    not the smartest machineneeds to feed paper constently very slow ,not for commercial use,home may be.sales person had personal liking to this machine i guess i doubt it but she sort of conveince me ,this was the best. i came with other in mind lazer printer which was 100 cheaper ,not happy with the purchsae.

    This printer will not keep the WiFi settings intact. Every time I print I have to do something to get it working again so I can print even 1 page. So frustrating!
