Seems to fit my needs a bit better than HP model I originally purchased. Use has been simple & problem free following initial set up which is much appreciated. More streamline than my previous model without sacrificing any features. And despite bottle ink not qualifying for the HP ink program like the cartridges did, its longevity aligns better with my usage so still cost effective.

Excellent product. I needed a printer for my personal documents because I work from home and it is excellent. It is simple to use. and in the store they explained everything to me very well. Includes ink for 2 years and this system is much easier to refill

Works perfectly. As a musician, I buy a lot of music for teaching and performing. This printer is just what I needed.

It a few minutes to set up properly only because i previously used ink cartridges ,,pour to fill is extremely easier and definitely lasts much much longer. Great for home use

Best little printer around! I needed a no frills printer which IS what I got but this printer is packed with positives! I love the ink replacement method. I save much more money on ink. Can also turn on and off from a button on thr printer itself when some others require turning on from a cell phone. I don't see anything good about turning on and off from a cell phone therefore I love this printer!

The printer is a resourceful item that has genuinely helped since we bought. We use it everyday for work and school. It is more efficient than going to the public library or even paying to print stuff at a nearby store.

Love the hp printer great color and prints. Prints on both sides and scan snd fax. Easy mai tan e and loading of paper. Setting for printing easy setup. All wireless no wires or connections

Only had the printer for about a month but so far there’s no issues with any feature we’ve used. Will follow up if anything changes. At this point it appears to be well built and easy to use.

Love love this printer!! Having the ink instead of the cartridges is great.. if need be of getting another printer I would definitely buy it Again.. I also told my family about it!!

Great printer, great price, and unlike other brands, the ink is affordable! Highly recommend. And it’s also easy to link to your network and print off of tablets and smart phones using HP’s application. Great product!

Looks good. Only time can tell if it is durable. My only complaint is the printing apps. The window boxes for the different options are too small for the message they are suppose to display so you can't see what they say. I would have given it a 5 if not for that. I have not used its full functionality.

Great printer. Easy to use. My last epson printer had connection issues. This one works every time. Ink tanks are a money saver.

I was very interested in a tank style printer. It turns out that this is a very cheap printer for a very expensive price. I find this to be a very unreliable printer. It frequently stops printing and requires that the print cartridges be removed and reinstalled. I naively assumed that with a tank printer, I would be done with ink cartridges. The printer still uses cartridges, it just draws the ink from the tank. Before I had the printer for a full month, it stopped printing all together. I called HP Support, and they walked me through uninstalling and reinstalling the print cartridges. After failure to make progress, they sent me replacement cartridges. With new cartridges, the printer continued to fail. I returned the printer to Best Buy and exchanged it for another. I am having the same issue again. Every 20 or 30 pages, give or take, I have to remove at least one of the print cartridges and reinstall it.

Great quality pictures and fast printing I will buy again. Sublimation shirts.
