Love all my office supplies from Best Buy best service ever

My husband wanted the printer without the cartridges. So far it is working great.

Wonderful printer but it does make a weird scratching noise when printing some times. Have to have them check it out.

We love this product for our home. Very clear copies. Pretty Smart too!!

Just the printer that I was needing. Plenty of ink. No more cartridges.

It works well, I bought for the tankless. have not ordered more ink yet. my only gripe is that it said it prints double sided. it does not. you have to flip over paper to accomplish double sided. Also while setting up initially I had to pull some plastic pieces out to put the toner things in then it sometimes makes a weird rough noise while printing. everything still works so far. after only two months.

Do not like the fact that this printer has no duplexer. This was not readily apparent in the specs. Additionally, once the paper from the outout tray has been reinserted so that the backside of each page can be printed on, the command to continue printing is found only on the computer, not the printer display. This is very inconvenient when the computer is located on the opposite end of the house.

Had so many issues with this printer that I ended up returning it. Always printed with various spots empty. Also was shutting down so we had to physical turn it on before printing.

The picture instructions were not very clear. But it was good once we got it figured out

The photo printout isn't sharp enough. It disconnects from wireless mode and gets stuck when you go to make continuous prints.

Note we have always owned a HP printer. Our last one had many issues after less than 1 year. Returned for full refund and purchased this model. This model challenging to use poor print quality, and took 7 minutes to print from a document B&W from my mobile connection. Note this document only had about 15-20 words!! Returned that for full refund and purchased from a different manufacturer and are very pleased. HP quality control has sadly lost my faith in purchasing their product.

Paper kept jamming. Returned it for a different product.

you'll need geek squad to install it.to me it is really messy unless your an expert with computers . it might work great if you get it installed

I do like this printer but it's my wireless that interferes at times. need to plug in directly if it continues.

This printer is super SLOW and it does not print double sided unless you flip the pages manually. I did not even check as printing two sided seems like it should be automatic on any new printer

I purchased this HP printer in August 2024. From the start, the printer would intermittently stop printing with a message to remove and reinstall the print cartridge (black). After dealing with this problem for weeks, I called HP Tech support (3 times) only to have them send a replacement new cartridge. Unfortunately for me, the problem continued to occur. After additional call to HP, they agreed to send a replacement printer, but only after receiving the damaged unit at their facility in California. This left me with no printing capability for approximately 2 weeks. The replacement unit has been in use for since January 24 and the same issue has occurred.

Printing is a bit slow. Had some early smudging when I first filled the tanks. After a few sheets it was gone.

Works like a champ. Just be careful when filling the ink. Use a rag to catch all drips.

Horrible design. Can't set up printer heads. Waste of time and money! Worst printer ever.
