Have only had it for about going on 3 months now and we have fell in love with it. The bubble tank idea is simply fantastic. I told my wife to print as much as she can just to put it to the test. It's like the ink tank barely moves. We've used every feature it comes with and have not been disappointed yet. The only thing i was disappointed about is that the old models did "Scan to Email" but these only do "Scan to computer ". I miss that feature because then whatever documents i scan to my email are always at my disposal wherever i go. But overall, we love it.

Ordered it in the store and they shipped it to me. Great store in wichita and they are and have been a big help. The printer is great. Upgraded from an old 20 year old printer. I like the refillable ink bins. Great product. I would recommend.

Our recent purchase of the HP-Smart Tank Plus 651 printer has already proven itself in quality and ease of use. I wish we had bought it a lot sooner!

Love Love our newest printer. Its exactly what we needed

This is the first time we have purchased a printer with ink in bottles vice cartridges. The print quality is first rate.

It is easier without the qorry of ink running out. Its easy to refill. The only drawback is doing double sided printing. You have to manually place it in the tray to do it.

I would not buy this printer again. I liked my old one much more it was more convenient to use for the setup I have. The only thing that may be better than my old one is the ink supply may last longer.

I was tired of ink cartridges drying out. I don't use my printer much so almost everytime I needed to print something I had to buy a new cartridge. The ink system in this is much better and will save me tons over the life of the printer. The print quality is good but it is a little slow but that is my only complaint. Great printer so far!

So far I have not been able to print a complete job. I almost always get errors and stops and cancels. I turn off power, unplug, delete printers, add printers, etc. I have yet to be able to completely print a job over just 2 or three pages. Until I talk to someone to try to figure out what is wrong with it I can't lower my rating to less than two stars.

I love this printer. Still do not know everything it can do, but it is simple and easy to use.

Set up was easy and it prints like a dream. Colors are vibrant.

Easy to install if followed the instructions in the manual.
