TL;DR: Don't buy this if you want good sound quality and a reliable headset because this isn't either of those things. Pros: -Easy to set up -comfortable -simple design -battery life is great Cons: -poor sound quality even with modified EQ settings -every time I turn the headset on, I'm met with either a VERY noticeable audio latency, or the sound has a lot of static. Don't waste your money on this headset. I'm maybe 3-4 days of consistent usage and it's given me nothing but problems. out-of-the-box sound quality is very tinny and different applications will provide different volume outputs. (nothing like switching from one game to another only to have my eardrums assaulted by the opening menu music when both games have the same volume levels in settings). not to mention the fact that every time I turn this thing on, I am greeted with audio issues without fail. This headset is maybe worth $50 at best, but due to the "300 Hour Battery Life" gimmick, it's allowed them to drive the price sky-high. I missed out on more quality headsets and could've saved some money instead of buying this junk. I've had quite a few HyperX headsets and this is by far the worst, and I would expect more from this company than this heap. Cloud 2's are still my gold-standard for comfort/sound quality, but as for wireless headsets? HyperX is behind the curve.

I would love to give this a 5/5 because up until now it’s been an amazing headset. Now it’s bricked and I don’t even know why. It just stopped pairing to my pc out of the blue after a year of having it. I tried everything on every subreddit I could find. Nothing worked.

Got this as a gift to my husband and loves it. Had it 5 months and is at a 50% battery.

It works nice but had a few connection issues at first but after redownloading updates it worked better.
