Pretty good headset I’m using it for eft and I can hear everything, the quality of the headset is good it’s comfortable and doesn’t feel cheap like the steel series arctic pro plus

The sound from the headset itself is great. Super simple plug and play. The cups are big and comfortable. Not heavy, but also not too light. Mic quality has been coming out fine. Have already recommended it to a few friends.

This is the best gaming headset I have ever owned, originally bought these for work but use them for work and for gaming, INSANE battery life I only charge them once every 3 weeks, mic is amazing and headphone quality is amazing

I’ve had this headset for 3 days now and am blown away of how nice they feel and overall construction. One small surprise out of the box is that the charging cord is super short and definitely not something you can use to charge while wearing your headset. Please keep that in mind. Also someone posted about ordering wicked cushions because of the shallow pads that it comes with and I have also ordered a set because i am experiencing that same minor annoyance. Now for the part that has me confused as per my title. I too keep getting “charge level 100%” when i turn on my headset and also when i hold it down for 3 seconds to check mid usage. Well i have downloaded the NGENUITY app by hyperx and have checked my battery level through said app. As of writing this i have put give or take 20 hours of having this headset on. On the app my battery percentage is at 91% with est 273 hours left. I do believe that what i am looking at in the app is the correct information and what is being said in the headset is maybe a software issue. Nonetheless this sure as hell is beating any other wireless headset in the market right now and am very happy i purchased them. I would suggest people that have bought this headset to also download the app and see what percentage you are actually on. I hope hyperx fixes this with an update. As soon as that happens i will give them all 5 stars.

My grand daughter loves this headset with its very bendable MIC stem & awesome sound & strong metal construction . The comfort while wearing these earphones is superb .

Excellent headset. Battery lasts a very long time between charges, great sound quality, and good range on the Bluetooth. I can walk about a 25 to 28 foot distance and still have a bluetooth connection.

If you’ve used a Cloud Alpha before in the past, it’s more of the same stuff. Quality is solid, bass is a bit boosted, etc. Battery life though is incredibly long and that’s a helpful benefit for people who don’t want to charge every few days. But as a whole, save for battery life, the quality isn’t drastically different from Cloud II wireless or even some of HyperX’s other offerings.

Easily the best headset I've ever owned. In addition to mine, I have bought a set for 4 other people who I game with and they all love it. I charge it maybe once a month, and if it dies while I'm using it I just need to plug it in for a few minutes while I go grab a drink or use the restroom and by the time I get back its at 20+% charged allowing me another few days of play.

Bought and charged it when received. It has been a month and i havent had to charge it again. Sound quality is great. I had read the mucrophone quality is poor, but havent heard any complaints about it yet.
