Great service and great headset……. So awesome!!!!!!

Battery life is fantastic. The sound is good. They fell apart like cheap legos in under a year. I handled them carefully and they just fell apart. Big disappointment.

The only reason I returned it is the non compatiblity with xbox and PC

The sound quality is low. If you think its good sounding youre missing out. The wired version is the better option. PS5/xbox controller can easily power the wired version. The wireless is about 5 clicks behind in loudness which is a lot! Also I purchased the alpha and cloudx xbox addition. They are nearly identical in sound quality. Ones $100 and ones $60. Just buy the cloudx xbox version.

The sound quality is phenomenal, I really enjoy how far the distance you can go with them, if I decide to take a break and get a snack or something along those lines I can very easily do so and still communicate with my party on console or pc!

Product is great! It truly lives to the 300 hour battery life, as I have charged it once and it still is at 100% after hours of use. And the quality is great!

Battery life is amazing but the bass is a little much. Also the app that comes with it causes almost a half second of latency.

After using these headphones for 3 months it randomly stopped working. The dongle still works but the headphones won't turn on. It sucks to have a well-built headphone just for it to die within 3 months time. Several people have complained about this online about it randomly not working.

The dongle disappeared I can’t use this any longer because the dongle is lost

I have done three RMAs on this device. The first being the plastic clips that broke off. The second and third being that the device will not charge/turn on after being left to charge. The last two RMAs they were unable to identify the issue. It seems to start working again after being left off and not charging for a week or so, not a great experience.
