Pros: These headphones are very comfortable. Like all HyperX headsets are it’s why I’ve used them for years. The wireless is nice too. Cons: well, after 2 weeks of owning them, after extremely limited use, maybe 4 hours total, they no longer turn on. They won’t charge, they won’t give any feedback, they’re completely dead. Of course, I notice it on the same day the return window closes. So now, I have to deal with HyperX warranty support, which for starters takes a long time. I submitted a claim, had to provide a whole bunch of proof including videos with my name and date handwritten on paper, proof of purchase, etc. this was 4 days ago. I still haven’t heard from them if my claim is accepted and what the process will be for obtaining a new one. I now don’t have a working headset and not sure when I will. I have had good experiences with HyperX products so I’m going to treat this as an anomaly, however it is extremely disappointing and frustrating to buy a brand new expensive headset and have it die completely two weeks after pulling it brand new out of the box. The product when it works is good and typical HyperX comfort and sound quality. We will see if the replacement, which I better get without issues or having to pay a dime in shipping, is not a lemon out of the box.

Audio isn’t so great even after messing with settings and can’t really hear a difference, also the straps keep misadjusting itself making it uncomfortable from time to time and have to adjust them frequently.

Comfort is good. But i have a usb extender on my desk. the dongle is 1.5 feet from my face. headset keeps disconnecting. It also has an issue with acting like it is muted when it isnt. will intermittently cut out, other times i have to turn mute back on and off again to get the voice to work. very disappointing for an expensive headset

A big reason why I bought these headphones was for the noise cancellation feature. I work from home and have a baby and my old hyperx headphones worked great but broke, and I thought I might as well upgrade while I’m getting new ones. But I should’ve bought the old generation. These sound and feel great, but without the noise cancellation they are basically useless to me.

Not a one size fits all type of headset and I don’t really like the sound quality. It is on the cheaper end so you get what you pay for. Wouldn’t buy again.

Headset sounded very hallow in terms of sound. After trying multiple different programs to try and fix the sound and adjust it I ended up returning it. Besides that the headphones themself gave no sound reduction, I could hear everything going on around me so no noise cancelation like previous models.

Stopped working after one day. Could be an anomaly but went with a different manufacturer.
