I could not be happier with my new stereo and sub.
My factory radio was acting possessed - and we all know what going to the dealer would mean $$$$. But an aftermarket stereo pushes just a little more so my factory speakers came alive! Then we added the subwoofer! I'm in 90’s heaven. It reminds me of when I had 12 or 15” speakers in a HUGE box in my car. BUT, to be clear, I got the 8” hideaway for my little car and that's enough for me. I'm not rattling windows or disturbing anyone as I drive down the street, but it sure sounds great in my car. My new stereo has a toggle switch so I can turn the sub off when I have my pup in the car. She likes podcasts anyway.

Pros:The service was friendly and informative my technician answered all my questions. The final result for me was a very clean install of the screen radio that would look stock if I didn't know better. Only one extra part had to be purchased day of as the in store cashier had forgotten to order it before the service the technician was able to grab it and explain why it was important.
Cons: While not the fact of the technician this is a time consuming process I would highly recommend getting someone to come with you in a separate vehicle so that you are not there the whole 2 to 3 approximate hours. Failing that bring a book or something to watch for the duration. The waiting area was rather small and a bit uncomfortable to sit in for the duration of the install but that is the fact of the store owner not the technician.
Overall I am very happy with the results of my installation.

One of the technicians got an attitude with me might have been overwhelmed or just wasn't a job for her but the manager came in for the save and took her the situation quickly and made everything a better experience so care of me and all my needs and showed great and excellent service.

We were first to arrive for the day. Took about 2 hrs to install stereo in 2006 Tahoe, was quoted 1 hour by salesman. Didn’t receive any instruction by staff - but I guess they’re only Installers. Staff were very pleasant.

Hands down, the best retail experience I've ever had. Christian and Jesse helped to guide me through my purchase from the start. Never pushy, they listened to what I was looking for and set me up with all of the right components. They did a full install (head unit, 2 amps, 4 interior speakers, a pair of subs in the trunk, and all of the wiring, etc.) on my 1979 Lincoln Continental. The job was beyond professional. They treated my car like it was their own. The level of care and detail was clear in every aspect of the install. This is my dream car, and I was pretty nervous about having this done. After seeing the workmanship, and hearing the final result, I will sing these guys' praises for the rest of my life! Folks, if you're gonna have any stereo/electronics installed in your vehicle, these are your guys.

Staff knew my vehicles & correctly installed my Pioneer head units. One of them had intermittent power issues but the Geek team quickly resolved the problem. After 2 years the installation & system have performed flawlessly. I also had a recent battery replacement on my iPhone 13. My phone is back to normal.

Geek Squad (Duluth, MN) installed a Kenwood stereo in our old hunting truck (2007 F150). They completed the job in a professional and timely manner. They even offered to show me how the new install worked, which I declined, but they said if I ran into any question later to give them a call. Would use them again!

My truck system was sounding horrible i took it to these guys and it sounds nice! They said "we can make it sound even better, if you change the speakers." I was pleased with what they did! Love this place!

As usual this is not the first time i had an installation by geek squad. Very perfect and very knowledgeable in his field sorry forget his name hed a tranist connect van and a 2006 F150

Booking an appointment was very simple. And installation was just as wonderful. Only problem I have is my skip forward and backward buttons don’t work on my steering wheel, even after purchasing the recommended button replacement part. But overall great service

The Geek Squad rep told me that the Tuscaloosa store really let me down on the prep work for this installation and said that he could install it, but I would not be happy. I really appreciated his honesty.

Really needed this installed in my truck because we didn’t have a back up cam and gets difficult parking sometimes. Upgrade my stereo for the screen to have for backup. Good job Geek Squad

What ever you’re paying Everette Spencer, he deserves a raise. He recommended a good sound system for my car. He did a clean, professional instillation and tuned it just right! Everette made sure I knew how to navigate the screen and did a follow-up call a few days later to make sure I was happy with my sound system. I have some add-ons I want to include like a back-up camera, etc etc. Everette’s my go to guy.

Matt did a fantastic job installing Pioneer 10" floating display. Crutchfield and even Best Buy website said unit wouldn't fit my 2015 Ford Explorer. If the Internet says it won't fit vehicle, Matt will figure out a way to make it work! And without compromising integrity or cutting corners. Absolutely love the Pioneer receiver and so glad I talked with Matt in person prior to installing a lame receiver that "fits" my vehicle.

i got charged twice for this installment fee when i was supposed to be charged once. as well as had to come back a second time just to have the speakers installed when the stereo and speakers were supposed to be installed in the same day. my account has been in the negative since then. I spoke with management at the location i went to for some reason it was your system could not locate the charge yet my account still shows a a charge of $144 that was not supposed to be made!! I was told that there wasn't anything able to be done and i have disputed the charge on two separate occasions with the company of the card as well.
geek squad did great with the installment best buy did not do with charging me.

The guys that installed my radio did an awesome job. They also went through the radio with me when they were done and made sure I knew how to operate it. They made sure my phone was hooked up also. Awesome customer service.

At first, I was having trouble at another Best Buy location they couldn’t figure out how to install my pioneer CarPlay audio with the red and another location recommended city of industry so the guys there were right. Joe recommended another CarPlay radio fit perfect thanks too Joe and Carlos. I’m a satisfied customer.

The installation process was great! The tech explained things and even told me that they didn't need some of the parts that had to be ordered just in case and so I would get a refund. He even had the refund reciept ready for me. The installation didn't take as long as I thought it would either. They were v3ry nice as well as quick and efficient! The whole experience was great!
