Poor Quality installation. Technician damaged and cracked my dashboard in several places and used the desert heat as an excuse.

Daniel at Best Buy Humble was the technician I dealt with, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I had a head unit installed that I was totally unhappy with, which I returned and purchased another to be installed. He was my installer for both systems. The installation in both cases was performed in less time than estimate and was a very clean install. The unit I returned was removed, boxed up and returned to the customer service by Daniel, and he got all taken care of without me having to go into the store's customer service desk. When installing the bluetooth microphone in my truck, I requested that he try to install it in the mounting location of the oem microphone. Although it couldn't be installed inside the original mounting, he was able to put the new one on the cover for the old one in a way that didn't look unattractive, or inconvenient. I also discussed future addition of a backup camera with him, and he was very helpful with recommendations for what I am looking to achieve with the addition of the backup camera. He took the time to do a clean install and discuss the future additions I may add to the system. He did not rush me, and was excellent in making me a happy and satisfied customer.

Good service, the tech was polite and informative. My system had a power issue about a month after I had the installation done. I brought my car back and the tech couldn't replicate the problem. So now I have to hope the problem recurs at a time when the installation shop is open and they don't have a customer in there already. Good luck to me...

I could not be happier with my new stereo and sub. My factory radio was acting possessed - and we all know what going to the dealer would mean $$$$. But an aftermarket stereo pushes just a little more so my factory speakers came alive! Then we added the subwoofer! I'm in 90’s heaven. It reminds me of when I had 12 or 15” speakers in a HUGE box in my car. BUT, to be clear, I got the 8” hideaway for my little car and that's enough for me. I'm not rattling windows or disturbing anyone as I drive down the street, but it sure sounds great in my car. My new stereo has a toggle switch so I can turn the sub off when I have my pup in the car. She likes podcasts anyway.

Pros:The service was friendly and informative my technician answered all my questions. The final result for me was a very clean install of the screen radio that would look stock if I didn't know better. Only one extra part had to be purchased day of as the in store cashier had forgotten to order it before the service the technician was able to grab it and explain why it was important. Cons: While not the fact of the technician this is a time consuming process I would highly recommend getting someone to come with you in a separate vehicle so that you are not there the whole 2 to 3 approximate hours. Failing that bring a book or something to watch for the duration. The waiting area was rather small and a bit uncomfortable to sit in for the duration of the install but that is the fact of the store owner not the technician. Overall I am very happy with the results of my installation.

Did a great job. He had great attention to detail. The radio works and looks great. When I was shopping he answered all my questions and was patient and knowledgeable. We couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks for all your help.

They put a new radio in my truck and it has been a massive improvement. The gentleman that helped me was very personal and made you feel comfortable in trusting his ability to do the job.

There is so much to do and learn with this! I am thrilled with how the install went and the ability to link my phone gps to this larger screen is a definite safety feature! The touch screen is really nice and here soon i can link my Amazon account and get my books to play while i drive!

Upgraded my stock radio with this Android Auto/Apple CarPlay in dash radio. The service was wonderful. The tech took his time and showed all the new features. He even adjusted the sound.

Installation of car stereo. The radio was installed but the front speakers were not working. Took it back and they found a Subaru part was missing. They installed it and it fixed the problem. They did a great job.

Geek Squad (Duluth, MN) installed a Kenwood stereo in our old hunting truck (2007 F150). They completed the job in a professional and timely manner. They even offered to show me how the new install worked, which I declined, but they said if I ran into any question later to give them a call. Would use them again!

The Geek Squad guys in Idaho Falls are great! Very knowledgeable, available and asked the right questions, and most importantly did a great install job. Highly recommend talking to these guys and having them install your car stereo needs.

Hands down, the best retail experience I've ever had. Christian and Jesse helped to guide me through my purchase from the start. Never pushy, they listened to what I was looking for and set me up with all of the right components. They did a full install (head unit, 2 amps, 4 interior speakers, a pair of subs in the trunk, and all of the wiring, etc.) on my 1979 Lincoln Continental. The job was beyond professional. They treated my car like it was their own. The level of care and detail was clear in every aspect of the install. This is my dream car, and I was pretty nervous about having this done. After seeing the workmanship, and hearing the final result, I will sing these guys' praises for the rest of my life! Folks, if you're gonna have any stereo/electronics installed in your vehicle, these are your guys.

Levi went above and beyond to try and get my radio installed. He ran into some hiccups due to other issues with my car and so he was unable ti install the new radio. He tried everything he could to help and research what the issue could be.

One of the technicians got an attitude with me might have been overwhelmed or just wasn't a job for her but the manager came in for the save and took her the situation quickly and made everything a better experience so care of me and all my needs and showed great and excellent service.

The tech Ryan in Port Richey FL, did the installation, very professional, courteous, showed how to use the system with patience and courtesy.

The team was ready to go at the appointment time and finished ahead of schedule. They also went over how to connect and use the stereo !! Great job !

I love my new receiver works well with my phone. The screen is large easy to install. Definitely recommend.
