Worked with the manager at the Best Buy on Willow and Herndon. Great customer service. Helped with any and all questions I had. Installed in a timely manner and they did a great job.

Fast service, the only thing I do not like is the stereo is not even, is out of place or sticking out of the dash.

I tried to purchase my stereo at Best Buy on Long Island, NY. The Geek Squad installation service was terrible. I tried to work with their installer. He was rude and unprofessional. Then he refused to complete the installation. I had to get a total refund. I do NOT recommend Best Buy for Car audio installation.

Installer (Nate) was great with all the details and keeping me informed. Finished on time and demonstrated all the features.

We waited for a certain installer, Anthony, to accomplish the install. He installed a replacement car alarm in the past. He did such a great job on that install, that we waited for him to install our car audio system.

I love the people who helped me with the radio installation. There was an issue after the fact and they helped me very quickly and very friendly.

I purchased a Boss stereo but it stopped working 2times. When I came in to have them check it the guys helped me pick out a new stereo and they fit in the installation same day;)

Called Elk Grove store to get information on needed parts. Installer looked up all the SKU numbers for me to order. Could not be happier with the installation. Elk grove is the place to take for any installation.

I had an existing Pioneer Navigation unit from an old vehicle. I made the appointment to have it installed in another vehicle. Even though I did not purchase the unit from Best Buy, they did a marvelous job installing.
