I love these geeks they get me connected whenever I want

I didn't have them do they install itself. I've done enough and starts to know what I'm doing. So I just asked a couple questions. They were really knowledgeable and answer my questions 100%

The fit and finish of the install was excellent. The technician was very professional and thorough in his explanation and very efficient in his time spent to install.

I had my radio installed and I love it. But for some reason when I stream my music I have to turn up the volume on my phone. Other than that it's better than I expected.

My installer Tim did an awesome job and finished quicker than expected. He gave me a very good overview of the features and how to make needed adjustments. I was completely satisfied.

The Maine mall crew took good care of me and my car. Took the time to show me how to operate it. Had a small problem with a loose connection a few days later, but they fixed it in about 10 min.

The Geek squad installed it quickly and perfectly, then showed me how to use the features of the radio. They will even unibnstall it for free if you sell your car and put the old radio back in the car.

Annoying intermittent beep from unit, source unknown. Returned to BB install (great guys) but problem not duplicated. I expect more from $600 head unit

I purchased an open box laptop and it came with the wrong power cord. They suggested bringing it back to the store and exchanging it. Did that and now my laptop works perfectly.
