A Pioneer receiver was installed in my Tacoma. The technician did a great job, I had a minor issue a couple of weeks later and an adjustment was made promptly with no charge.

Service was Really good!! Right on Point and I will recommend getting your electronics done by the Greek Squad job we'll done!

The installation of this product was top notch. Frank the installer told me everything I would need up front. He also worked around my schedule. He did a great job. Beautiful install made it look like it came with the truck!

We waited for a certain installer, Anthony, to accomplish the install. He installed a replacement car alarm in the past. He did such a great job on that install, that we waited for him to install our car audio system.

Tons of issues scheduling my service, overcharged for parts that were not needed and long wait for a install date. The day before my installation the store calls to ask if I have the equipment on hand. I said no that is what I ordered from you. He then instructed me that he could only fill a portion of the order and that I would need to go out and find the rest of the parts myself or reschedule for another time which at this point was months later. I had no idea what to order or where to find it, this is where the bright portion of this review comes in (The install technician) and the only reason they get two stars. The install technician went out of his way to help me find the other parts needed and even drove to another store for me to pick up a part. His install was neat and well done. If not for him Best Buy would receive 0 stars for this service.

The radio and kit I bought is amazing. Didn't do the installation though.

They were very professional when they installed my new car stereo. There are a few pieces that don’t match perfectly, but I am overall very happy with my installation.

Called Elk Grove store to get information on needed parts. Installer looked up all the SKU numbers for me to order. Could not be happier with the installation. Elk grove is the place to take for any installation.

Very responsive, and mindful of time, would do it again.

Bought a stereo that included installation. I had installed a new backup camera that needed connected to the unit. They connected the wire to the stereo unit for me.

Great customer service and they got it right the first time.

I had an existing Pioneer Navigation unit from an old vehicle. I made the appointment to have it installed in another vehicle. Even though I did not purchase the unit from Best Buy, they did a marvelous job installing.

The tech was spot on with the installation of the radio and antenna. I have already recommended the service to some family and friends and will continue to recommend the Geek Squad.

My installer Tim did an awesome job and finished quicker than expected. He gave me a very good overview of the features and how to make needed adjustments. I was completely satisfied.

The Best Buy guys put my Pioneer DMH-7600 that i bought myself into my 2015 Kia Optima and it looks great and I’ve had no connectivity issues.
