Tons of issues scheduling my service, overcharged for parts that were not needed and long wait for a install date. The day before my installation the store calls to ask if I have the equipment on hand. I said no that is what I ordered from you. He then instructed me that he could only fill a portion of the order and that I would need to go out and find the rest of the parts myself or reschedule for another time which at this point was months later. I had no idea what to order or where to find it, this is where the bright portion of this review comes in (The install technician) and the only reason they get two stars. The install technician went out of his way to help me find the other parts needed and even drove to another store for me to pick up a part. His install was neat and well done. If not for him Best Buy would receive 0 stars for this service.

The person that installed my unit was very neat, clean and professional in the way he installed my pioneer satellite radio/backup camera/GPS. He did a really nice job. Kudos Best Buy Brookfield, WI.
