I purchased an open box laptop and it came with the wrong power cord. They suggested bringing it back to the store and exchanging it. Did that and now my laptop works perfectly.

Second time I have used the service. No issue and clean install. Technician was very helpful and explained all the functions after install.

The install guys at the Mankato location are the only reason I still go to Best Buy. These techs treat ya like your a real person and treat ya with respect.

Annoying intermittent beep from unit, source unknown. Returned to BB install (great guys) but problem not duplicated. I expect more from $600 head unit

I didn't have them do they install itself. I've done enough and starts to know what I'm doing. So I just asked a couple questions. They were really knowledgeable and answer my questions 100%

new stereo was installed perfectly and on time. Going back to have new speakers installed.

The geek squad did an excellent job installing my new stereo!! My only complaint is that they didn't offer to provide connections for all the inputs on the head unit.
