The Maine mall crew took good care of me and my car. Took the time to show me how to operate it. Had a small problem with a loose connection a few days later, but they fixed it in about 10 min.

This is my second in dash install. This was done on a different vehicle and different store and still the professionalism and simplicity of the install were apparent. Thanks again Best Buy!

A very lazy workers. I walk in today with a stereo i bought from ebay but immediately i walk in i knew it was a bad service by the way he started telling me how fixing headunits outside is not their thing and that buying from the bestbuy is the best and it comes with warranty. Long story short, i gave my key to the guy and said yo me, he will call me when he is done. Just 10 minutes after i left he called back and was like, hey you have a bad headunit because there is no audion. I was so surprised how he found that out in just turn minutes. Well he refund my money. Surprisingly that say day i took my car at an audio shop on lyons avenue newark and that stereo was fix within 25 minutes with good audio sound and everything works perfectly.Some Greek squad cld not do. I wont recommend this place. Takr your car to other places who needs the money not lazy people sitting infront of a computer doing nothing

Installed a double den radio and back up camera in my old truck. Had to cut out the dash and use a faceplate kit. He took his time and did a great job. Works great and looks great.

Car Toys had a similar advertised sale with install. reality was 2 1/2 times more. Best installed as advertised priced and installed my dash cam that i purchased at a different outlet for no additional cost

The Geek squad installed it quickly and perfectly, then showed me how to use the features of the radio. They will even unibnstall it for free if you sell your car and put the old radio back in the car.

Phil & Manny installed my new 8200NEX Pioneer head unit they did a GREAT job! Phil even picked up the fact that 1990-93 didn't have a true double din opening and found the solution in a JDM surround. Great job guys!

I had my radio installed and I love it. But for some reason when I stream my music I have to turn up the volume on my phone. Other than that it's better than I expected.

Geek squad member installed my car receiver. He was excellent. Gave my wife & i a full tutorial on how to use the receiver afterwards.

The agent tried to get it to work. He stated it was not a good product. He recommended a higher one. Unfortunately I couldn't afford it.
