I have worked with Patrick many times over the years and found him to really know his stuff, work fast, and not be deceptive in any way, a model BB employee as so many of the North Av. associates are.

Installation of my new radio audio system was fast and easy. The technicians were courteous and informative. Most importantly, they made sure they cleaned up after themselves and that there were no left-over parts.

The installer was great, took his time explaining to me how to operate the features and told me to come back any time for help which I did multiple times and he was always friendly and helpful.

The guy that did my installation name is Jacob and he did a great job on my radio and explaining everything clearly to me. My back speakers were out and he happily replaced them.

They did an awesome job. They took my truck in right away & were finished a lot quicker than I thought.

It wa fast and came out perfect . You have a warranty as long as you own the vehicle so you really can't beat that . It was about the same price as the competitors
