My car was totaled so the body shop and I pulled out the radio. Best Buy did a terrific job reinstalling it into husband's F150. he is very happy with the result. Technicians were on time and very courteous.

They installed my sony stereo in an hour and a half which is the time they quoted me. So far everything works great. No complaints. Plus they were a little cheaper then other installers around town,

The guys that installed my radio were a blast to be around, and they got my radio installed quite quickly. I really enjoyed that they show you the basics on the new system before you leave!

I had to get an old stereo replaced and they shipped it with no hassell and replaced with a newer unit. Of course had to pay the difference which I didn't' mind.

Install at Evanston store went great, and was completed before the time promised. The tech (Andre) made sure I knew how to use the receiver that was installed before I left. He also answered all my questions.

We wanted an XM radio that also had GPS and AM-FM radio. He took us back to the area that handled the Pioneer, which is what we wanted, and we bought it.

Took 2 hrs to install a double din cd player in my infiniti. Truck had power and wiring issues guy took care of it for me instead of declining the job like other places.
