I have an older SUV and this made my car feel a little newer. I am happy with it although Im still not sure how to navigate all of it's capabilities.

No issues, the product works good. I wish it had the little beeping noise that will alert you as you got closer to an object, but overall, good for the money.

Our installer was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure everything worked correctly especially with our car being a convertible.

The dash cam was installed once. Worked for a while then my radio and Bluetooth stoped working. A couple days later the dash cam quit working. Original install plus parts was 300, then when it stopped working less than a month later, charged me another 200 to retire. Obviously it was something they did. The total install twice cost more than the dash cam itself.

YOU HAVE TO BUY A VIDEO ADAPTOR IF YOU WANT TO HOOK UP A BACK UP CAMERA. THE USB DRIVE IS FOR CHARGE ONLY, OR ipod. THE APEARANCE OF THE SCREAN MAKES IT LOOK GENERIC. THIS IS A BOTTOM LINE TOUCH SCREAN , BLUETOOTH RADIO. I EXPECT MORE FROM PIONEER, AND BETTER PRODUCT DESCRIPTION FROM BEST BUY. IT IS OVER PRICED FOR WHAT IT IS
