I've had several things installed by Best Buy over the years so I knew what to expect with the installation process. It all went great and was done well before the installer said. Well worth the money.

Agent explained project and provided professional installation without flaw. Never having used this service I was hesitant, but came away more than satisfied.

I took my fiancé’s car for a radio installation and John did and excellent job. Very knowledgeable and professional I will not take his car anywhere else for audio needs.

The dash cam was installed once. Worked for a while then my radio and Bluetooth stoped working. A couple days later the dash cam quit working. Original install plus parts was 300, then when it stopped working less than a month later, charged me another 200 to retire. Obviously it was something they did. The total install twice cost more than the dash cam itself.

Prompt service, car waa done at the time the tech said it would be. Made sure I had everything needed before the appointment and showed me how to use the radio after it was installed.

They forgot to plug in one of the sides of speakers besides that it was a job done perfectly. Took it back the next day and they fixed it immediately.

Installation was well priced and as far as I can tell it was good quality. Only complaint was that they called and said my vehicle was ready and I had to wait for 30-45 minutes when I arrived.

The installation went well, the techs were very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Best Buy for this service.
