What can I say they got it done and made it happen even though there was a scheduling mix up with their online system they called me and fixed the time for the same day and got it all installed.

At first the install didnt work out well. And then the guys went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Everything turned out great and I enjoy my new stereo.

Best Buy's Geek Squad service is top-notch. Tyler, the technician, did a very neat installation of my car stereo and speakers. The best part is that it cost me nothing.

Stereo install techs changed out speakers and my backup camera with no hassle. Made appointment, dropped off, got call when done. Took only couple of hours.

Geek squad did a very good job installing my touchscreen radio in my car. They kept me up to date on everything they are doing and it was all done very fast!

anytime you deal with BB install crew they are great but they are also overbooked and overworked so though my install was great it took a very long time.

Completed my head unit installation within 90 minutes and recommended other necessary product to ensure full compatibility of rear camera and steering wheel controls.

Installation was great and quick. The bad thing is that they forgot to give me my control for the stereo, so now I don’t have a control for it. Also, leaving screws out makes me wonder if all the screws went back where they supposed to go, maybe putting the old stereo and any extra screws in the box from the new stereo would be good and prevent any confusion.

I had everything installed as the same as the stereo. It was very fast and very professional. The techs were there if I had any questions but thankfully I didn't need them.

Blair does good work and has been very helpful in the past with some minor issues we have had after upgrading firmware on some of the items purchased at Best Buy.
