Excellent service and near perfect installation of a new radio with CarPlay into my C320.

I would highly recommend using Best Buy to install your equipment. I got an appointment right away. It was completed before the estimated time, everything was cleaned up and it looks and sounds great!

The technician that installed my audio car system was very customer friendly took great care in the installation and checked and programmed all applications on the receiver.

The installer was very professional and worked hard to make the install as smooth as possible. The only issue I have is there is now a loud buzz coming from my factory subwoofer. He mention a slight buzz, but it’s a little more than slight. I thought it wouldn’t bother me but it’s pretty severe and I will have to find a solution. Other than that I have no complaints.

The tech did a great job on the installation however I just realized that the remote control that came with my pioneer AVH 4200 NEX was not in the box or left in my car. What should I do?
