Remote was installed quickly and the distance on remote is very accurate

We had to travel over 50 miles to have our purchase installed but it was worth the trip for the best installation and peace of mind in knowing it was done right!

I brought some car stereo equipment I purchased elsewhere to be installed, and they took every single leftover part like wires brackets and such, they threw away all packings without considering I might have to return defective equipment or the plain fact that none of that belonged to them. Also, some of the plastic parts they installed were broken when I picked up my car and couldn't notice at that moment (lights were pretty dim). It's very disappointing that a name like Best Buy encourage practices equivalent to stealing.

I had them install a new double din KENWOOD unit and wow was I impressed with the unit as well as the professional job they did on it.

I was very pleased with my radio install. The installer was nice and very proficient and got the radio installed pretty quick. He went over the radio and hiw everything else works.

All work ok, good installation. Only that I did not activate the satellite radio, because I needed an adapter, but I was not included when they made the list of things they needed.

For someone who would otherwise have no clue how to install a new car audio system, Geek Squad was a lifesaver! The free service with audio purchase was amazing!

The agent installed a backup camera and radio in my daughter's car. With this being her first car I wanted the best and safest system, the agent assisted me.
