I made my appointment over the phone. This was the worst experience dealing with a company in my life. It took 3.5 hrs just to get a hold of the person who could make my appointment. Putting in 3.5 hrs of my own personal time so a company can provide me a service is the most absurd idea to me, but it was for my daughters graduation. When I finally spoke to a representative who could help, she said my experience was normal and there was nothing she could do to fast track getting to her department. So, I notified her I had bought the Bluetooth Stereo with a Touchscreen from Amazon. I asked if this would be an issue for BestBuy to install. She said no, because she put it in the notes and they’ll know before I arrive. I drove 65 minutes to this location to have the Bluetooth Stereo installed to be told from the technician at the store that they cannot install any systems that aren’t purchased from BestBuy. I told him what the I was told by the representative over the phone and his response was “I don’t know why they would tell you that”. So, i spent nearly 5 hours trying to get a company to take my money and they are so disorganized they didn’t make any money. The worst experience of my life as a card holder for this company. I will be ending my relationship with you as soon as possible.

They weren’t there when they told me I could drop off my car at evenings before appointments , messed it up and required multiple appointments because they didn’t listen to what actually needed to be done and tried to over charge

The technicians at Best Buy really know what they are doing. My radio and back-up camera installation was done professionally, resulting in a nice clean and functional system.

I was impressed with the service I received. The technician was finished ahead of estimated completion time and took time to explain my new equipment to me. Looks and sounds great.

The installer was very professional and worked hard to make the install as smooth as possible. The only issue I have is there is now a loud buzz coming from my factory subwoofer. He mention a slight buzz, but it’s a little more than slight. I thought it wouldn’t bother me but it’s pretty severe and I will have to find a solution. Other than that I have no complaints.

The guys that installed my stereo were awesome! They got my car done fast and did an amazing job. They even got all my CDs out of my old broken stereo for me! Thanks for everything.

Bought head unit and new antenna mast in store. Set up install for a few days out as they had to get the head unit and antenna in. Antenna was not going to be in for about a week so set up appointment at 10 am for head unit install a few days after the head unit was to come in. Was told install would take about two hours. Dropped car off for appointment. At 2 o'clock called to check on the status and was told they didnt have a way to mount it since the mounts with my old radio were taken out. Would have thought they could figure something out but not a huge deal I still had the mounts at home. So went and delivered the mounting hardware at 4 oclock. They said they would call when it was done. If the head unit was already installed like it should have been since I dropped the car off at 10 it should have taken less than 5 minutes to mount. So at 5:30 after work I call to see if its done. Dude gets a bit of an attitude and says we will call you when its done. Well at about 7 I started getting antsy go up there to wait. They are working on a different vehicle and say it won't be much longer on mine they just have to finish a couple of little things on this other car. So wait there for the car to be done over an hour later its done. Antenna still hadnt come in at this point so I need to still set up an appointment for that ask the guy about it and he says to just call in, instead of setting it up then. The head unit looks great and works great however when I got the car back the steering wheel controls dont work (which were supposed to be hooked up part of the reason I chose best buy), the bluetooth speaker is mounted right in front of the instrument panel and looks awful could have been mounted out of sight, and the radio trim was not put back on right. Had to pop it off and put it back on right myself. It took two seconds but its just the point it should have been right at first. Went back to have antenna installed and ended up canceling because there were issues with that also.

I tried to purchase a Kenwood DNR1008RVS from a sales associate at the Eagan MN Best Buy store. The sales associate ordered the wrong unit and order an installation service as well that I did not request. Turns out Best Buy cannot even sell me the DNR1008RVS head unit!!. I have subsequently had the entire transaction including the hardware installation cancelled and returned the incorrect Kenwood unit. Very disappointing experience.

Very professional and accommodating (BestBuy, Whitehall PA). Provided me with all the information before and after install. They did a great job.

The agent installed a backup camera and radio in my daughter's car. With this being her first car I wanted the best and safest system, the agent assisted me.

my tech was quick to point out that the work I was asking for wasn't really needed; a few quick adjustments to my amp and I was on my way. All told, 30 mins in and out, no charge.

This is a great radio, does everything all the high dollar radios do, for half the price, and they have free install!!!

I always have Best Buy in Folsom do my Auto Radio & backup camera installs as they are VERY SKILLFUL! I have always been very happy! Very Professional installs!

The rear back up camera has worked great for an after market installment. The view applies different color lines to approximate the distance from objects when backing up. This has been beneficial.
