The technicians at Best Buy really know what they are doing. My radio and back-up camera installation was done professionally, resulting in a nice clean and functional system.

Installed Alpine system with blue tooth into my old Corvette. Works great, plus I can use USB port for playing my thumb drives.

Took it in for an installation and I was impressed on the professional installation and they will also return it to stock free of charge when I get a new car should I chose to keep the radio.

The service wasn’t great at all I paid for my service to be done week in advance then comes to the day they are working on my car and then on the the guys called me saying we can’t do the installation because of the type of car I have. But what’s interesting is that they inspected my car twice before this day to make sure so I wasted slot of time and the customer service was horrible this same guy was getting upset at me because I wa asking questions to why my car can’t be serviced

Bought head unit and new antenna mast in store. Set up install for a few days out as they had to get the head unit and antenna in. Antenna was not going to be in for about a week so set up appointment at 10 am for head unit install a few days after the head unit was to come in. Was told install would take about two hours. Dropped car off for appointment. At 2 o'clock called to check on the status and was told they didnt have a way to mount it since the mounts with my old radio were taken out. Would have thought they could figure something out but not a huge deal I still had the mounts at home. So went and delivered the mounting hardware at 4 oclock. They said they would call when it was done. If the head unit was already installed like it should have been since I dropped the car off at 10 it should have taken less than 5 minutes to mount. So at 5:30 after work I call to see if its done. Dude gets a bit of an attitude and says we will call you when its done. Well at about 7 I started getting antsy go up there to wait. They are working on a different vehicle and say it won't be much longer on mine they just have to finish a couple of little things on this other car. So wait there for the car to be done over an hour later its done. Antenna still hadnt come in at this point so I need to still set up an appointment for that ask the guy about it and he says to just call in, instead of setting it up then. The head unit looks great and works great however when I got the car back the steering wheel controls dont work (which were supposed to be hooked up part of the reason I chose best buy), the bluetooth speaker is mounted right in front of the instrument panel and looks awful could have been mounted out of sight, and the radio trim was not put back on right. Had to pop it off and put it back on right myself. It took two seconds but its just the point it should have been right at first. Went back to have antenna installed and ended up canceling because there were issues with that also.

The screen size is perfect for my Smart For two, the installers did a great job, everything looked flush and professional!

The guys that installed my stereo were awesome! They got my car done fast and did an amazing job. They even got all my CDs out of my old broken stereo for me! Thanks for everything.

I did have a little bit of an issue when first installed. I returned to the store where it was installed and the technician corrected the problem in about 45 seconds; I like that kind of service.
