Due to very few stores able to do car audio install, the wait was about 3 weeks after my purchase. 2 days before the install date, I was told the installer had Covid and that id have to reschedule for 6 weeks later. After that wait, another installer contracted Covid. It was going to be 4 months from purchase date to install date. I returned the products.

in general I was happy with the install the only problem is the but the mic for my phone calls on the steering wheel I'm going back to have them relocate it

My installation was done by Logan. He was friendly, professional and did an amazing job on the install. Everything looks, works, and sounds exactly how it should.

This in dash steep is awesome! The push option to select what you want makes it really easy while you're driving. Bluetooth option is really a great feature on this in-dash stereo.

The agent mounted the new unit and explained how it worked. Also I am upgrading to a dash cam after he showed me a install on one and the benefits.
